      We ordered a package from your company in December. You failed to provide shipping updates and you did not insure the package during shipping. Our package was claimed to be delivered; however, the package did not get delivered to us. The package was stolen and we have proof that it was stolen. This companys customer service is hard to contact and when we are able to contact them, they refuse to resend the product to us or reimburse us. DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL, UNRELIABLE COMPANY.

      Returned merchandise as didn't fit. Gave them everything they ask for several times and has been over a month and they now have merchandise (verified) and the money.

      Purchased Vipre Security software for my computers a long time ago. Informed them last year we had purchased Trend Micro and no longer were going to use them. This month they sent through a charge for the product on my credit card. I have tried calling them twice, but was on hold for over 30 minutes each time. Seems they think it's OK to just take money from people without permission. Do not use them.

      Scammers. Received an email about a Norton product nobody in the household ordered for $235.63. ******* said bank will be charged within 24 hrs when credit cards are always charged same day. They requested me to call them at a 1 triple eight three seven six one two nine seven number through Ziff Davis LLC

      My experiences with humble had always been great! Until I tried to get a refund...On June 16th I attempted to refund a key I purchased that was out of stock - it is in their policy that they will do that, and I found it for a better price elsewhere.The keys were restocked the following day - however I did not redeem it, I still wanted my refund.On June 29th, almost 2 weeks later, I received an automated response letting me know that "they have not forgotten about me, and their support ticket volume is just higher that normal. It is July 3rd, 3 weeks after the initial request, and I still have not heard back anything.Humble is a store page with absolutely zero customer support - it is abysmal for a company operating at its volume.

      A user agreement is what they like to quote at you when you post a poor review of their services which is what this absolutely is. They say it's clear that duration for sending pages will result in charges but how am I supposed to know in any educated way what the duration will be? There are no estimates, there are no durations, there's no way for me to know my fax will take so long it will result in charges and there's no way to stop the fax if it takes more than 60 seconds per page. I can't wait for them to quote the same block of text with the user agreement as if this absolves them of their shadiness and deceptiveness. Fortunately my credit card company's fraud division will dispute the charges and block this scam from charging me further since I do not trust that my account cancellation worked after reading other reviews.

      I purchased some computers from ****** and they refused to pay the 10% cashback by denying my claims for arbitrary suspicious activity that they werent willing to elaborate on and they owe me approx $500.

      Pathetic policies and pathetic service. Charged me for an account when I hadn't been activated my account. I wish I could leave them negative stars - they are just out to get the consumer.

      A few years back I signed up for the *********** Diet / and App. It seemed to work well, though I didn't prefer to use the browser version and used the app. Fast forward a few years after my subscription expired, I decided to try again. I believe there were two payments of $65 (a monthly charge). The app that I liked is unusable... and when I called customer service, I learned that it is no longer an viable option. Then I tried to log on and got the following message:"We're sorry for the inconvenience. Please click on HOME, use your browser's back arrow or if you still encounter an error, contact customer service ..... and include:What you were trying to do when you reached this page.What kind of computer (Windows or Mac) you have.What kind of web browser your are using (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.) including the version number, if you know it."This time I have been shocked with the quality of service and would not recommend this experience to anyone. I called customer service to see if they would be able to refund me and was only able to get the cancellation and $50 credit (that should post to my credit card account). I originally was going deny the charge on my card as with the poor service I thought I might have been scammed. In the end I feel scammed. Terrible product... unusable and yet I was charged and not reimbursed. SAD, as years ago it was an excellent product years ago.
