      Multiple times I have gotten push notifications for offers, just to have no offer inside the app. **************** didn't help because I didn't screenshot the push notification that disappeared. Just bait and switch tactics to get people to enter the app.

      Terrible company. They left an item out of my order. They upcharge every item you order, claim it is for services and then charge you a service fee. The upcharge results in higher taxes. The tax rate they are charging is not accurate. Its nearly impossible to contact customer service. There is no way to delete your account. This company is a total rip off. I had to select one star because the BBB doesn't allow you to gie them negative stars.

      They lack customer service and guest satisfaction. They cause more problems than resolutions and dont accommodate or correct problems, issues or errors. They dont hold their own drivers accountable or liable for any delivery issue. I also despise fact my tip NEVER goes to the establishment that made my order. The restaurant staff is who deserves my tip, not the driver who isnt employed by the restaurant. They should clearly indicate at checkout who gets the tip. If they did so my tip would increase exponentially to support small businesses.

      This business takes peoples money without alerting people. I kept getting charged and I wasnt even using Grubhub. It kept saying charges from different states and would be different amounts including 20 bucks monthly. This business is ripping peoples money off! I had to cancel everything including my ******!

      Have been using Seamless for a while and have not have had issues until recently. I order from them recently and was told my food was delivered. Went downstairs and there was no food there nor a driver who didn't even bother to answer. Absolutely ridicoulous for that to happen.

      Grubhub is price gouging! I reported several months ago that they were attempting to charge me $40.40 for a fountain drink. FOURTY DOLLARS and FORTY CENTS I was told the first time I reported the price issue that Grubhub does inflate costs as part of their delivery service. I get that. But when ALL the other drinks are only $4.00 it would stand to reasonably assume that the price reported in the app is a typo. Right??But the customer service rep refused to listen to me. I then out of frustration, reached out to Grubhub via their ******** site. Advised them of the issue and why I was frustrated. AGAIN almost 6 months ago.Thinking there was resolution, I logged in to place an order. to my surprise, I can order a pepsi, root beer, and almost any fountain drink for $4.40 EXCEPT a diet pepsi which is currently at a rate of $40.40 reaching out to the customer service (ONE MORE TIME) i'm told they'll look into it. Canned verbiage about apologizing for my frustration. and then passing the buck along to the restaurant who "decides" their prices.I cancelled my membership with grubhub right then and there. Who pays $40 for a diet freaking pepsi?????

      Never got my order. I put the order in through Seamless this afternoon for a later pickup at a restaurant. When I got there, the hostess and the manager informed me that they weren't accepting online orders that night, since it was St Patrick's **** and so nothing had went through. Furthermore, they claimed to have informed Seamless beforehand to not allow orders that night. Meanwhile, i had an order confirmation from Seamless, with a notification that said it was being worked on. I wasn't the only person this had happened to that night. Hope to get my refund if I'm my card still gets charged. I'm sure is a nice restaurant but I'm hesitant to order through Seamless again. I wish Seamless would've complied with the request of the restaurant.

      I use seamless every day for more then a year. Earlier today I ordered a sandwich and with delivery and other fees I paid 61 dollars for it. Now ordered pizza at night, which is more then an hour late. Called the restaurant with the number provided by seamless and it is disconnected. Very disorganized. Called and asked them to make it right, they offered a 10 dollar discount. What a joke. Logged out of my account, erased the app, and will be using **** **** from now. Used **** **** for the first time a few days ago and much better service and more user friendly.

      They Hijack and place their Ad on your ****** listing, without any authorization!Then they claim, "Oh you need to talk to ****** to get that removed", and of course ****** says that Grubhub needs to remove it. NO ETHICS WHATSOEVER.
