If you dont put your direct card payment information into the app, you will be forced to return your order despite seeking an exchange. They ship clothing that has bodily discharge on it and they return/exchange policy is just harmful to the consumer.Review from Paloma D

Zara is pulling a scam when it comes to returns by mail. I've now had 3 situations where I have returned items by mail and they are claiming the items were not in the package, which is absolutely false. **************** is the lowliest of people on this planet and simply do not care to help your situation. They are rude, incompetent and I've even had a representative hang up on me. I've heard rumblings that the warehouse employees who collect the returns are stealing items from the packages. For a corporation the size of Zara, this is utter insanity!!Review from irene g

Return multiple items to SE At *************. it did not register. Manager asked to call corporate. spoke with **** at their headquarters extremely rude. I said I purchased over *** in merchandise. Look at camera I returned at one register 34 items 7 is missing she hung up the phone. No accountability.Review from Fae E

Their own employees and policies sabotage their own brand. Never saw something like this. Its almost like they hate themselves. You would be a loyal customer and they could not care less about you and their own mistakes. Attention at their stores is terrible, almost looks like they are doing a favor to you working there, not you to them by purchasing their products. Their delivery system/courier is disastrous. They dont have any idea about what they are doing and they would talk to you ironically and giving you 0 solutions to your issues while taking their time to actually take care of them. I swear Im not buying a single piece of cloth from them anymore, Im done.Review from Maria o

I'm in complete shock with this company I worked for this company for 4 years and left this company due to stress, and constantly dealing with health issues due to lack of management. I've been unemployed for over 2 years and just yesterday I recieved a letter for ******** Zara cooperate office saying I need to pay them $932.00 before the end of the month or they will send me to collections NEVER IN A MILLION years has a company that I've WORKED for as in don't work for anymore, charged me for working for them! I have no job at the moment no source of Income and they are threatening me to send me to collections or to send it to the *** when I can't file for taxes due to unemployment. I'm at a loss for words and I don't think anyone should ever have to go through this and I can't find a number, or email to clear this up! I will NOT give zara a single cent from my pocket.Review from Laura T

Made an online order on 8/30 from a local store and was informed it would be ready by 9/1 at 6:00. However, on 9/2 it was still processing. I contacted Zara through online chat to see why it is delayed and how long more would the order take since I was flying out the next day. The customer service *** basically just told me I have to wait longer with no explanation. He also said if there is no change in a few hours, to contact them again. I asked IF it wasnt ready in a few hours, could I cancel the order? He responded by telling me the order has been cancelled. I told him I didnt ask him to cancel it. He said, Its been cancelled, if you want to re-order its still available. I asked him who cancelled it, because I didnt ask for it to be cancelled, and all he could say is Its too late- its been cancelled. When I checked the email confirmation of it being cancelled, it said that I requested it when I did not.Review from Lori S

Absolutely terrible customer service. Delivery never arrived thru their courier service and I am still waiting for a resolution a week later, even though the investigation window was meant to be 72 hours. They refuse to rectify the situation because their delivery service refuses to answer their many inquiries.It is obvious they could not care less - I have a ring camera and can confirm 1000% that no delivery was made at the time they said it was - its literally recorded.Still waiting on my 300$ to get refunded I have a very disappointed daughter waiting for some school clothes that Ill now need to go buy elsewhere. Looking forward to my bank helping get a refund and never shopping here again.Review from Tamara F

El peor servicio al cliente que existe. Hemos llamado 17 veces para cancelar el pedido y an as lo han dejado en un lugar prohibido en la calle donde cualquier persona puede robarlo. El cargo lo han hecho a mi tarjeta an no teniendo el pedido y cuando llamas el servicio al cliente no les importa no te *** resolucin an habiendo llamado durante toda la semana . No hay manager encargado solo son telefonistas en ******** donde no se toman las llamadas en serio y no tienes las capacidades para este trabajo. Creo que el ******** ****** tiene suficiente dinero para contratar otro tipo de servicio similar a Amazon porque sus empleados de atencin son completamente ineficientes . Horrible! Nunca volver a comprar all en mi vida , me han hecho pasar mucho esta semana adems de robarme 81 dlares por no tener la mercanca por error de atencin al cliente . Their customer service lies. I bought clothes for my son in advance of his birthday, They didn't fit and I wanted to exchange them for the proper size, however it was past their return policy which is not posted, but on the back of their receipt. I spoke to customer service who said I should not have any issue returning the item but he needed to take the issue higher but I would be receiving an email and then I would have to return the items in the time limit given. However when I did not receive an email in a couple of days a female answered the phone who was rude and said my situation would not be escalated and I would not be able to exchange the items. Therefore I have clothes purchased from Zara that I can not use or return. So this is very hurtful that I was able to give my son a birthday present this year.
