I placed an order a month and a half ago and I still have not received it, other than one article of clothing. What i did receive was entirely to big. I have asked them to cancel the remainder of my order many times and they refuse. I have had to reach out to the attorney General consumer protections office to try and get my money back. They don't care about the customer. They don't even have a customer service number. They will not tell me why the order won't ship and they won't cancel it . Do not order from them. They're dishonest. Since they won't refund my money, I guess that makes them cooks as well.Review from Kimisha F

I placed my order on Thursday paid ***** for overnight shipping now my order will not arrive until Monday poor customer service and would not allow me to cancel my order

I have ordered dresses from here over the years and they have all been great. This time I made the mistake of ordering swimwear. I ordered a bikini top and bikini bottom and when it arrived the top was too small. They do not offer any refunds or returns on swimwear so I decided if I was going to try and make use of this bikini I would need to order a bigger size in the top which I did. When it arrived the material was terrible. It was so cheaply made and had no elastic in it so it was unwearable. I contacted customer service and explained my issue and they said on this occasion they would give me a store credit for the items. I sent back 3 items; two bikini tops and one bikini bottom and they only gave me a credit for one of the items. The credit was $14.99 so not even enough to purchase something else. I have emailed the owner and customer services three times now and no response. They were very quick to respond at first but now they have their items back they seem to have gone ****Rebdolls NY, Inc. Response

Never ever ordering from here again. I place a few orders and received items that did not fit or were of low quality with design flaws. I contacted them to so a return. I had to pay for both of my returns which is fine, however, its been more than a month from the first and they continue to ignore me and have not refunded any of my money. They are disgustingly disrespectful to customers by not responding to any messages after they tell you to mail your return back. Do not order from Rebdolls their product and customer service is trash!!!!!!Rebdolls NY, Inc. Response
