      Placed an order with Fashion to figure on March 7. Have not received a tracking or shipping update. Sent 3 emails for an status, and received "spam" email back saying service wasn't found at **************************

      Boots ordered on 12-4-2024 $52.30.I have not received confirmation of my order and no product received. I found out that the company is out of business. **************** is no longer available.

      On Friday, November 29 I ordered a pair of pants from **************************. I received my confirmation email, but no shipping email was sent nor an estimate on delivery. After a week, I contacted the service email for clarification with no response. I have contacted this business multiple times by phone, but regardless of medium I have gotten no response.

      I placed an order through the Fashion To Figure website on November 21st, 2024, which was a Thursday. I ordered four pairs of boots and paid for expedited shipping so that I could get them before Thanksgiving. Counting the business days (3-4), I should have received my package on Wednesday, November 27th. I tried getting in contact with the customer service line, but to no avail, there was no contact number and when I used the email address on the website, I never heard back from anyone. I received my package on November 29th and only received 3/4 pairs of boots. The shipments said 1 of 2 so, I assumed I would be getting my last pair a day later or something. I never received my last pair of shoes.

      I placed an order on 11/17/24 typically you get a shipping date, however to date nothing. I have emailed as their site does not have a phone number. All emails come back as not available. Please don't spend your money to site needs to be shut down.

      I place an order online to fashion to figure, I ordered 2 pair of boots. Only one pair after a couple of weeks, now, it's after a couple of months. I was in contact with customer service via email, but only to give me the run around about my order. No tracking information or anything, I feel scammed and no one should be treated like this. I want my order or a full refund

      I placed an order and paid and my order has not shipped. When I click the link in the confirmation email the link is not functional and the website will allow me to check the status of my order.

      I placed an order on 9/1/24 in the amount of $192.54. Today is 10/2/24 and have yet to receive my order. As with all the other complaints, FTF always send the same generated message. I have contacted FTF 5 times and always the same message. FTF is NOT fulfilling customer orders and continues to take their money. THIS IS FRAUD, and FTF should be held accountable. I have requested a refund and FTF have yet to respond.

      Hello, I placed this order on July 18, 2024 and have not received a tracking number or anything on this order!!! My card has been charged and I am requesting my funds of $48.16 refunded back to my account. This is horrible. I was giving the estimated delivery Monday, Jul 29Thursday, Aug 1 and it is now August 21st. ; over 34 days later and nothing. The email that is listed on my order confirmation is saying undeliverable when I send an email.

      on July 26th I placed an order at Fashion figure for $96.66 I did receive a confirmation and I said that I would receive another notification when it had been shipped I've heard nothing from Fashion To Figure I've made numerous calls I've called ************** who is the bank that issues the card and they have directed me to the number that I've been calling the number rings and rings and Rings day and night until it rings off the hook after checking several articles they say that the company has shut down it's warehouses and it's not shipping anything but I have been charged on my credit card twice for the $96.66 purchase on the same day which is July the 26th my most recent call was to community today at 3:00 and they continue to direct me to Fashion To Figure number which is 855 for a ******* no one answered yet again it rang off the hook ....... if they have no intention of fulfilling my order I want it removed from the credit card so that I am not only these people almost $200 for merchandise that I've never received
