March 17,2023 i ordered a 14 day trial which was for ****. Before i knew it they had taken ***** out of my account for a holding fee. 20 minutes i get a letter from the company telling me. " We charged a holding fee of ***** and will fall off in 1 to 4 days." We are going on day 8 and my monies still have not been sent back to my bank account. Its all a bunch of lies and they feed into it and keep answering your emails even though they know they don't have any intentions of sending your monies back.Business Response

A pre-authorization, or a temporary hold, simply authorizes the card and it falls off within 4 days of placing the order. The way Try Before You Buy was designed is if you keep your product you will be charged. However, as long as you return it within 14 days using our free return label, youll never be charged. I ordered the trial bottle of liquid markup. They asked if I wanted their anti-aging product for the same TRIAL price. They charged my account $72.25. They finally refunded it a couple weeks later. Then I canceled all future purchases. They sent me an email apologizing and sorry to hear I was canceling. Then suddenly my PayPal account was in the negative balance on my account and they charged me yet again for the anti-aging product for $72.25 in which I NEVER have received. Il makiage: I declined after the first purchase over 1 year ago. They continue to send products and charge my account. I have to check my bank account to ensure that theyre not doing this even though I have asked to discontinue the services I have recently sent them yet. Another request to stop sending me products and stop charging my account. The request is the low and they charge my account $64.95 I dont know what else to do and then wait a few months and then continue to replenish my orders. Theyve had to refund my money now several times.3/19/23:I have previously requested that you all discontinue any affiliation with your company and stop sending me products. Particularly you keep taking money out of my account that I have not authorized. I have let you know not to send me any more products and you still have continue to do so. And you have charged my bank account once again. If I have to bring legal into this, I will. Please retract the $64 charge that you just placed. In February immediately. I will not be sending back any more products that I have not requested so please discontinue once again sending and charging me for your products that I do not want. On March 8 my credit card was charged yet again for another bottle of foundation from IL Makiage. I have canceled the subscription and talk to them twice and they continue to charge me and send product. There is no phone number in which you can contact them. They suggest that you snail mail them or email them, but there is no button in which to send your email. I will once again, refuse delivery and contact my credit card and get them to remove the charge. Its ridiculous that anyone has to go through this to stop people from sending your product. I purchased a try free for seven days for a charge of ***** CAD. There is a pening charge of $119 plus the $12 on my account!!!! There is no clear indication that this will happen until you place an order! Also, somehow while I deliberately DID NOT check any kind of membership, apparently the trial product will be shipped and charged to me on a regular basis. This is clear fraud and I am disgusted. How this company does business in no way protects consumers! Shut them down. If the 119 goes through I wo t be able to pay my March rent!!!!Business Response

I ordered and received my order no problem. A few weeks later they charged my credit card over $200 without permission. I only placed the one order and when I logged into my account it showed that they do not have my credit card on file and it also only shows my one legitimate order. No additional orders show to explain the unauthorized charge. Today I checked and they have populated my credit card information in my account and they have blocked me from deleting the card. I previously was able to delete the card. Not only have they kept my credit card information in file without authorization, they have charged me for no reason. I have reached out multiple times through the website, by email and on Instagram and they are not responding.Customer Answer
