We had an excellent buying experience at *****************. They helped us every step of the way in acquiring our new RAV4 hybrid. They helped us choose the options, color and kept us informed about the shipping timeline. We got a great loan rate, too!

If only they had ZERO stars, I would select that, oh, where do I begin? So I placed an order for 5 parts. (the $10 shipping per warehouse, they have at least 5, is a total rip!) They tell you "free shipping over $100" but they don't tell you that it's highly unlikely that you'll have multiple parts ship from the same warehouse it only works if you're buying high priced items, which I was not. They also call themselves "the smart way to buy autoparts online" HA! They have NO direct phone number on their site, that should tell you all you need to know! The only options you have is to enter your # for a call back (and mine failed multiple times and never worked) or chat with one of their idiot reps like the one I got on multiple occasions '*******'. If you're reading this review at least the BBB has their number listed on the BBB site (I tried to list it here but BBB didn't let me). Oh and as I was typing this I called it and was on hold for 6 minutes then it asked me to leave a voicemail, what a joke!The other thing they don't tell you (and it should be bold across the header of their landing page) is not only do they NOT cover return shipping (yes, it's totally on you) they're going to hit you with a restocking fee (which is a total scam and they know it at 10-20%). So of the 5 parts I ordered 3 did not fit, and one of them was for the wrong vehicle (even though it said it fit mine). So I sent back a fan shroud and the wrong item 'power steering pump' at my own expense, (the 3rd item was an air filter and the return shipping was higher than the cost of the air filter so I ended up eating that) they told me they would waive the restocking fee (HA-HA) good luck with that I'm still arguing with them over 6 months later because I just don't have time to deal with such trivial matters.Go to any other auto parts seller and make **** sure they cover return shipping BEFORE you buy! I bought a set of shocks for my accord on advance auto parts and my car was totaled on the way to get them installed and they gave me a free return label and full refund with NO RESTOCKING FEE! Rock auto will also send you a return shipping label they did the same for me about 3 months ago with NO RESTOCKING FEE!.DON'T FALL FOR THE FAKE REVIEWS ON BBB THEY MOST LIKELY POSTED IT THEMSELVES!!

I have ordered a few things now and have found the orders to be prompt and accurate. Will Definitely continue to get my parts here. ****.

I’ve ordered many parts from autopartsway and every order was perfect. The ease of the ordering, the credit card transaction and th3 shipping was a10 out of 10. I will continue to order from them for as long as I need parts for my Mini.

Ordered an intake tube from them through their ****** storefront. Intake tube was shipped to an ENTIRELY different address (in a different state) from the only one I use for all my ****** purchases. Tried to contact customer support but got absolutely no response. Parts were supposed to arrive today, and I was bargaining on them arriving this week, now I'm really in a tough spot. Now I notice that this has been an extremely common experience with them. Go read the many dozens of reviews on ******. Any business that does this should be shut down as a scam.

This site is highly organized compared to other sellers and the delivery is super quick! You get the parts at the lowest price and will save you more dollar on repair since they do carry OEM replacements. Only place I will purchase parts from now on.
