I caution anyone considering doing business with Roadrunner Financial, especially if you are looking to finance a vehicle. My experience with them has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating.I financed a motorcycle through Roadrunner Financial, and unfortunately, the vehicle was stolen. My insurance covered the value of the motorcycle at the time of theft, but there remained a balance that I assumed *** insurance would cover. To my dismay, I later discovered that the *** insurance sold to me by Roadrunner Financial was provided by iA ************************ which turned out to be completely inadequate.It became apparent that this so-called *** policy was not worth the paper it was printed on. Instead of providing the necessary coverage, it left me with unexpected expenses and a considerable financial burden. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and disillusioned with Roadrunner Financials practices.My advice to potential customers is to exercise extreme caution. *********************** choice of insurance providers, such as iA ************************ appears dubious at best. Their lack of transparency and failure to deliver on promised protections underscore a concerning lack of integrity.Save yourself the headache and financial risk. Do not trust Roadrunner Financial with your financing needs, especially if they continue to peddle subpar insurance products from questionable providers like iA American Warranty Group.No reply is necessary from Roadrunner Financial, as their empty apologies hold no value in rectifying the harm caused by their deceitful practices.

I will never use this company for financing again and will warn friends and family to stay away. I am being punished for paying off my loan early. The first person I spoke with said it would take 3-5 days for the lien to be removed, but when I went to the **** the lien was still there. The second person I spoke with then said it takes 10 days, here it is day 11 and lien still there.Despite having made my final payment, with the funds cleared from my account, the lien has still not been removed. The representative I spoke with said she would put in a request for the lien to be removedwhy does this even need to be requested? You have my money, and it has been 11 days.I highly recommend staying away from this company.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Horrible customer service, wasn't notified that a payment was reversed (for no known reason and I have notifications via email, phone and text setup) and they charged late fees and additional interest while I was trying to pay the loan off. The payment was supposedly reversed days ago, so additional $47 interest and a late fee tacked on without notification after the reversal. The only way I knew about it was because the funds weren't taken out of my bank account. I tried to talk with a customer service rep and said they will not return that money because it's not "what they do". Corrupt way to do business, if you ask me.

I am less than $400 behind homeless, going through a divorce and have explained the situation countless times and not only do they call me almost daily but the call my work and this week have called my ex wife from 16yrs ago, my parents I haven't seen in 2yrs and my sister i haven't talked to in about 20 yrs. Today alone I talked to 2 people and my parents and sister got calls in between those calls.

We are in receipt of the consumers dispute regarding the handling of his account and are sorry that he had a bad experience with our company. We have completed a thorough review of his account and the circumstances surrounding his dispute, however we were unable to find any wrongdoing on the part of our company. Generally, if we are unable to reach a customer we make attempts to reach them through third parties. This is all within and pursuant to applicable laws. We have, however, marked the customer and all related parties on the account as do not call. Therefore, neither the customer nor any person related to them should receive any further calls from our company. I would not recommend acquiring a loan from ************** or DBA Roadrunner Financial. I thought I could refinance my loan and get a better interest rate. This company does not offer refinancing their website. I have not missed any payments or been late on any of my payments for almost a year. Their Octane website is very generic, making finding contact information challenging. ******* your decision to use this company. Use a more reputable lender, someone you can contact easily if you have questions. You will regret using Roadrunner Financial for your financial needs. This is predatory lending; hopefully, they will get investigated for their business practices. READ THE REVIEWS!! Apologies after the fact do not make it easier. The first indication is THEY ARE NOT ACCREDITED with THE BBB!!!!! I hope this helps anyone to make a decision not to use them. It's like quicksand. Once you're in, you will drown slowly.

If I could rate less, I would!! This company is trying to charge me for 20 years to get this loan paid off when I only signed for a 6 year loan! This is insane. None of this was explained to me when I applied. I have had this loan for a year making $560 payments, and my loan only went down not even $1000! This is ROBBERY.

Absolutely terrible I have automatic payments set up for the 8th of each month well I paid manually one month on the 6th and they took money out on the 8th again.. I called them and they said its been more than 24hrs they cant refund the second payment.The. The following month they took another bill out on the 8th even though I had a credit on my balance and it said the bill wasnt due for 2 months..

you cant even make a payment for the principal amount, they charge you interest each time, this company is shady af, gonna go refinance somewhere else

We are sorry to hear the customer is dissatisfied with our company. However, the way our contracts are written any payments made on the contract first goes toward paying down the outstanding finance charges (Interest) and then any additional monies goes directly to principal. If a customer wishes make any additional payment to principal they can make payment larger then their regularly scheduled payment and any excess amount will be attributed to principal. Regardless of when a payment is made, the loan will accrue interest on a daily basis as is standard in any simple interest contract. Unfortunately our system does not accommodate the ability to make a principal only payment separate and apart from our standard payment application waterfall as referenced above.

They will not mail the bill on time. They mail the bill a week before its due, which would make my bill late, so now I am having to call in my payment using my debit card and being charged $5.00 for paying that way. This company is ripping off its customers

However, in general all of our billing statements are sent out 20 days before the payment is due. We also offer eBilling so that payments are received directly to a customer's email. Additionally, there are a wide range of payment options that do not involve incurring a fee, like payment through our online portal or signing up for auto pay. This is the absolute worst financial institution Ive ever used. I was in an accident and was rear ended on my bike. They took me away by ambulance and towed the bike. As Im at home healing not even a week later they basically hijacked my bike and make me pay $2800 to get MY bike back from them. All the while throwing around the term repossession on a bike that Ive NEVER been late on in the almost two years of owning. Talk about kicking you when youre at your lowest. I will not be recommending Road Runner to a soul!

Unfortunately, we cannot comment on the account in a public setting. However, we can tell advise that any time a vehicle is impounded the impound lot will only hold onto the vehicle for a short period of time before they move to sell the vehicle and then both the customer and our company will lose it in a lien sale. In these types of situations, we are required to get the vehicle out of the impound to protect both the customers and our interests. In regard to the fees that need to be paid, the impound lot generally charges a fee to release the vehicle which in many circumstances can be substantial. We generally will front that payment and pass that cost along with the other costs of recovering the vehicle to the consumer. We apologize for any inconvenience the customer had experience and are sorry that they had a bad experience with our company.
