      I contacted Sunray Services in early February to conduct a routine maintenance check on my new home's combination heat and hot water boiler.***************************** came to my house to sell the two year contract, which includes only time servicing of the boiler including flushing the heat to the home and hot water. The price of the two year contract was >1400 I agreed to pay the amount in question. Although no NO CONTRACT nor an explanation of services was signed by me. I have an invoice of I paid.***************************** came to the house twice. Once In the beginning of February. He was very "rushed' , dumping sediement of the boiler in my main kitchen sink where my dishes are. **** left in a haste. He reported the job wasn't; completed and needed to return later.**** came back in beginning of march to finish the job and flush my hot water to my drinking water to remove sediment. After an hour he left. I noted the water pressure was lower than expected. He reported its "fine and to monitor". I still DID NOT SIGN OFF on the job.Two weeks ago, the plumbing continued to poorly perform with low water flow and NOW very delayed times for hot water to run into my home. I called Sunray, to my surprise the receptionist, this past few weeks has been a nightmare. The answering service were dismissing my phone calls. Two of the individuals were ****** and ******. The receptionists would hang up, report 1. I did not pay for a two year contract. 2. The boiler is fine what would you like us to do? I asked repeatedly to speak to a technician, service manager. After multiple attempts I spoke to *** and *****. I voiced my concerns, and now a week later, no response. At this time , please refund my money so I may call a qualified plumber to complete the job safely, and ensure no further damage is done to my brand new boiler and home. I suspect some serious damage was done to my unit and hence they are not following through with their "service contract" commitments.

      This complaint was resolved, and a refund was issued to ******************, not because of any wrongdoing, but just to get rid of a difficult situation.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

       

      Reason: NO refund was issued to my AMEX. the **** was **** charged in Feb. Please correct so I may call a qualified technician to complete the boiler maintenance

      Sunray provided routine boiler maintenance at my residence. They first upcharged me 862 for services that should have been included on February 21. They agreed to credit back my AMEX. I am still waiting for my credit. I would like the credit added as promised.
