Horrible and unscrupulous! My elderly parents (ages 95 & 87) ** stopped working, so I called **************************** First time they came out, they said a wire came loose and fixed the ** in 5 minutes, but they said the system is old and asked me if I wanted to get an estimate for a new system. 3 days later the ** stopped working again. Same tech came out, but this time said he could not fix it on the spot, listed 8 serious things wrong with the ** and told me it would cost $800-$1000 for parts & repair with no guarantees that he could get it to work. Again encouraged me to get someone to come out for an estimate. This time I said yes - someone was at the house in 15 minutes and 15 minutes later sent me a proposal for more than $10K for a new system. I decided we needed a 2nd opinion and had another company come out the next day. They fixed the system in 5 minutes and said a loose wire was taped poorly but came loose again, and said we do not need a new system - system is running fine. Because *************************** didnt fix the ** when they could have, my parents spent the night in a very precarious situation, with the caretaker sponging down my Mom every hour because she was overheating. *************************** put my elderly parents in a potentially life-threatening situation, and lied about what was broken to aggressively pressure us into buying a new system because we felt desperate. When I complained to the managers, they failed to take responsibility and refused to refund us even for the service call in which they did not successfully fix the system. I never write negative reviews, but this was so egregious!

I would definitely recommend **** and *******. The job was done very neatly. Everything was straight and level. The men were great. I had *****, ****** and ******. They put tarps down before they started work. They vacuumed when they were done. They answered all my questions as the job proceeded. We made some changes but in the end everything was perfect. Had HVAC system installed. Workmen were professional, well trained and knowledgeable. Worked efficiently and kept work area clean.No problems. Finished 1 day early.Have been a customer of *************************** for 50 years and have never had a problem.

We realized we had no hot water and immediately called **************************** We are long time customers and have had a service contract for heating and A/C for many years. We do not have a contract for our water heater, which they installed, but were pleased to find out that the service call would still be covered. A technician arrived that afternoon and diagnosed the problem to a faulty sensor. We were given the choice whether to just replace the sensor or to get a new water heater. Since the existing heater is almost 12 years old, we thought it would be wiser to just replace the whole unit. **** and Campbell was back at our house the next morning by 9 AM with a new water heater. They explained that not having hot water put us at the top of their priority list, which we really appreciated. A couple of hours later, and we were up and running. All of the technicians who came to our house were pleasant and extremely competent, taking the time to explain exactly what they were doing, and what their recommendations were. We have always had good service from **** and Campbell through the decades of our affiliation with them.

Were very Thorough in finding the problem instead of just saying I need a new furnace. I asked if I may ask a question on my water heater, quickly found the ******** ***** having both units repaired. This company was referred by friend who had good experience. Looking forward to have repairs done
