      On 2/12/23 I made a purchase for Advanced Tarot course. The cost was $127. The email stated I would receive a second email with my course info. But I didn't. I did receive a free course shortly after the email but not the paid course. On 2/13/23 I sent an email asking where my course was. They are very slow to respond but when they did they told me I would have my course within 24 hours. On 2/14 I sent an email letting them know it now has been 36 hrs in waiting on something that should have been available right away. Finally on the 15th I received it from another place ****** of *********** But was not able to access it until the 16th. I also called on the 14th regarding a refund but the request was ignored so I just hung up. Also on the 15th I was sent an email telling me it was sent to me the same day off purchase. But yet no one said that before. And no it was not sent. I tried the course. I couldn't get past the 2nd module. Nothing about the course is Advanced. I was very unhappy with it so on 2/23/23 I asked for a refund and was denied because it was past 7 days. But it was 7 days from the date I had access to it. I've tried to email them regarding this issue and the fact I asked for a refund on the phone on 2/14. I even asked them if they would exchange the course. They refuse to even respond. I feel scammed. They took my money and sold me garbage. But to completely ignore my emails shows me what kind of place they are. I originally used Sezzle to pay but I have paid that off. If i would get a refund how would that work? I would like to be paid directly if possible

      Hi I payed $179.00 dollar to courses for success for a certification bundle for auto detailing and entrepreneurship and once i completed the courses they email the certification to me but when i try to print them out my name and the date i completed the certifications won't print on the certifications.And I called them and let them know about this and they said they were going to mail them to me but i didn't receive anything in the mail and this was after a week or two weeks went by so i called them again and they told me they would mail them to me again and i still didn't receive anything in the mail and also when i called and left a massage concerning my problem with the certification and my phone number to reach me back at they never called me i would have to call them about it and when they tell me they have to find what out going and also they will check to see if the certifications got sent back and they will call me back but they never call me back.I think there scamming people and i don't think there accredited so instead of receiving the certifications i would rather have my money completing refunded back to me and if you need to email you the receipts of payment and certifications so you can print them out your self and see what i mean you i can. The first person i talk to was a women name ***** and then i talked to a women named ***** and i also talk to men and he said he would find what going on and call me back but he never did and i don't now his name so that when i called again about the problem and the last person i spoke with was ***** ********* also i only have this receipt of payment but i did pay the full $179.00 dollars.

      Jarmill Morris had purchased our Auto Detailing Course on our FAQ page it states:

       

      You will receive a Certificate of Completion that is applicable worldwide, which demonstrates your commitment to learn new skills. You can share the certificate with your friends, relatives, co-workers and potential employers. Also, include it in your resume/CV, professional social media profiles and job applications.


      Additionally, some courses are accredited and recognized worldwide, please check the course summary on the course product page for details.


      Jarmill was offered a complementary mailed certificate even though that is not one of our requirements.

       

      The first time the certificate was mailed out he contacted us and stated that he never received it to which at that time I verified his mailing address and for free mailed him another certificate.

       

      We are an online course provider which all of our study material, courses, etc is delivered 100% ONLINE.

       

      Please note, our school does not provide a tracking system for mailers.

       

      Since this was provided to him free of charge two separate times it is at that point not our fault if he didn't receive the mailed certificate.

       

      The Certificate is still made available to him in his online portal to where he can print it out if he chooses to.
