I was searching for an indoor cover for my **** Corvette and preferred that the cover also have to logo embroidered on it.After reviewing the available options online, I found the cover I wanted at Auto Barn in ******* **. I went to their website, and a giant banner on top of the website said that they were offering $10 off any purchase of $99 or more (the cover was $150) and provided a discount code (no expiration date listed).I placed the cover in my cart, went to checkout and entered the code indicated on the homepage. I received an error message stating that this coupon had expired. I went back to the homepage and noticed that they were also offering 5% off any purchase of $50 or more if I was willing to provide them with my email address. I filled in my email address and received a message that they would email me a confirmation code to claim my 5% discount. I waited 24 hours and no email was received. I then emailed them and complained about the coupon offers on their website that did not work when checking out. They emailed me back, apologized, and said that if I call their ******************************************************************** I call the *************************************************************************** but if I want faster service I should email them, which is exactly what I did and got no satisfaction. This company makes communication with their potential customers impossible and I would not recommend anyone purchase from them.
