Amazing team to work with at Bathroom Pros NYC. From the design consultation to the project manager measure, and the construction team, everyone involved in the process made our whole bathroom renovation painless and seamless. **** who did the Design Consultation at their showroom then he sent ***** the project manager to review our bathroom design and measurements. He reviewed the project and explained the entire process. ***** kept us up to date with our order status and answered all our questions while waiting for the materials. ****** and *** did an amazing job from start to finish. They executed our new bathroom exactly as we designed it and in less that the estimated 5 Days. They arrived when expected, kept everything clean. On the 4th day, they cleaned everything to take pictures and gave us instructions on how to clean with there provided Bath Planet cleaner. Just spray and wipe to maintain our brand new, gorgeous bathroom. I highly recommended them!

I had a medical situation that required me to have my tub removed and have a new shower installed, with a seat and grab bars, within two weeks. I got two other quotes but neither were willing nor able to complete the job within my time limit. Then luckily I contacted BathroomprosNYC. I spoke with *** and explained my situation and my requirements. He said he would look into it and get back to me which he did. He then said he would work with me and get it done on time. The installer, ******, even worked very late and he did a great job and completed it on time. I am so pleased with my beautiful new shower. Bathroom Pros NYC are great to work with. We had searched all over to find a bathroom specialist and found Bath Planet in *******. They had exactly the shower wall system we were looking for. By the time they were ready to do the shower, we had decided to have them finish the whole bathroom using fixtures provided by us. They were extremely cooperative throughout the process. The people were a pleasure to deal with and they did a fantastic job of installing and finishing everything.
