      Theyre overcharging their costumer I call them to winterize my small bathroom and electric water heater in my garage the plumber gave me written proposal for 1-2 hours job in the amount of $846 + tax. When I refuse to do the job the office send me a bill in the amount of almost $200. Its ridiculous.

      Do not hire *********** they are unprepared, unprofessional, will overcharge you and not complete the work. Their staff is very rude on the phone and techs try to sell unnecessary services. The scheduling manager does not even know when the techs are booked for and will show up at your house unannounced. That is if they show up at all. Stay far, far, FAR away from ***********!

      I had a leak in a bathtub faucet. I bought a cartridge and just needed a plumber to take the old cartridge out and put the new one in. The cartridge is not expensive. I saw the ************* website and decided to call them. The plumber came to my house and I showed him the faucet leak and the new cartridge I had already bought. The plumber stated it was the wrong cartridge and he said he had the right one in his truck. He then told me the price to fix the leak would be $783. I couldn't believe the price and asked him why so high. He then said that my bathtub faucet was a **** faucet and those can be very tricky and the cartridge can break easily in those type of faucets. He also gave me a song and dance about how plumbing prices have gone way up. After he removed the old cartridge and put a new one in the faucet was no longer leaking. I looked at the old cartridge he had removed and compared it to the cartridge I had bought and the parts were identical. The plumber had lied about me buying the wrong part. When I brought it to his attention all he said was "yeah the part was the right one but you can return it and get your money back". To make matters even worse the next day when I turned the faucet on to "hot" the water was cold, when I turned the faucet to "cold" the water became hot. The plumber didn't even do the job right. When he put the faucet handle back on he didn't do it correctly. I also later found out that no other plumber would have charged $783 for such a simple job of just replacing a cartridge. So I was charged a ridiculous price, had the plumber lie to me, and the job was not done correctly. I called ************* to complain and was told the manager was not available but I would get a callback. After 3 days of no callback I called again and again was told the manager was not available but I would get a callback. The callback never came. Do yourself a favor and do not do business with this company!!!!

      Before I had them come to the house I was told the price to diagnose the burner would be $79.99 which would be applied to the **** if I decided to get the work done. The woman from **** told me the tech will give you estimates and you can then decide what you would like done. The guy who came didn't seem to know how to fix the burner. He asked for the manual and had to call the manufacturer - he was on the phone with them for a long time. When he finally figured out the problem to give an estimate, he told me that he is going to have to charge me $520.31 for the time he was there - he was on the phone with the manufacturer of the boiler for well over an hour. It is ridiculous that they think I'm paying to educate the technician and that they can just decide to charge whatever they want after telling me it would be $79.99 for the diagnostic. The tech told me the manufacturer was "steering him in the wrong direction." Apparently, I am now responsible to pay for the apparent lack of knowledge from the customer service people at the boiler manufacturer. What a joke! The price to fix the burner would be an additional $789 plus tax. Once he pulled the scam of trying to charge me $520.31, I refused to have any work done. I called to speak to the manager and nobody would talk. Since I got a call the next day from ****** the manager, I'm guessing they were getting their story straight. He told me he was calling to see if we could "work things out." I told him I was upset at how things were handled and the tech was disrespectful on top of all the other issues. The call was really a waste of time. He told me they are going to charge me the $520 for the diagnostic. I won't be paying it . I didn't even receive anything stating what was wrong - I was told verbally about the ****. Even my tenant texted me when he was there and said that he was ridiculous and that she heard him talking to the boss and he was asking why did it take two hours to diagnose the problem.

      The only reason I am giving **** one star is because they replaced my kitchen faucet. They charged me $990 to do it and I already had bought a new faucet!. I'm still waiting for ****, the owner to call me back. They came highly recommended from my neighbor which is the only reason I agreed to pay them as much as I did. I'm a single female who knows nothing about plumbing costs. I talked to some people afterward including my neighbor who recommended **** and they were horrified. I called **** and they would not help me and as I said, the owner did not call me back. I could have done this job myself if I had a saw to remove the old faucet. It was not a difficult job.Please save yourself money and DO NOT USE *************. To say they are price gouging is to put it mildly. They are CROOKS.
