Jackery Generator **** Delivered 11/1/21 Did NOT work as advertised at %100 charged, only ran a very small portable heater for 90 minutes!!! It advertises that it can run your household - ALL appliances, including the refrigerator overnight. How would a person stay warm in a power outage? This little heater sells on ******, best seller at ****** reviews!!! Smaller, compact heaters have up to ***** reviews and don't put out as mush heat.When I complained and said I would be returning the generator, the rep replied that there would be a %15 restocking fee. I said it was false advertising and I shouldn't have to pay.I will be returning the generator tomorrow but would like my $200.12 returned.RMA # ******** Order # *****-******Business response

We apologize for the misunderstanding with the functionality of the Jackery Generator ****. This unit will run regular household appliances such as computers, laptops, cell phones, tv's etc with a certain watt draw, for example a energy star fridge may only draw approximately 80 ***** but an electric space heater could draw over **** *****, this information is available in the specifications of the products as far as the limits of what this unit can run. We have Jackery experts here available to answer any compatibility questions that our customers have.
To keep costs down for customers, we offer free shipping on our products, we do pay the shipping carrier to get the product to you so when it is returned we do ask that the original shipping (which was labelled as a restocking fee) is deducted from the credit when if it is returned due to customer error.
We do understand a misunderstanding of the product may have occurred. Customer satisfaction is always our number one priority so we will extend a one time courtesy and waive the restocking fee and issue you a full credit for your return.
