      $68 per ticket became nearly $100 per ticket, compliments of various fees revealed only AFTER providing name, credit card info, etc. The president has announced a crackdown on this type of deceptive business practice.

      ****** Tickets cannot pioneer a removal of "ticket fees" at checkout. If we try, we will simply be forced out of business. Until the big companies are forced to do this, we have to do what converts the best to stay alive and keep competition alive in the industry. Without companies like ours, Stubhub & a couple others would increase prices even more than they are in this bloated industry. We dont actually put those fees in our pockets. We are a resale marketplace, If someone is selling a ticket for $100 , we actually list the ticket on our site for somewhere around $85, then the ticket fees make up for the loss and what we need to run our business. We could just as easily list the tickets for $120 ; but then less orders would convert and we would go out of business. We have tried this model, it doesnt work. We are as transparent as possible. Also, there is an option to see the ticket prices with fees on the event page - if click on filters - see prices with fees.

      Bought 2 tickets to a concert on the 10th of April for the 29th. Never had tickets sent. I went onto the website to contact them the day of the show, only to find a form that I filled out. 3 hours later and I still don't have a response. I call the venue to see if I'm on some Will-Call list- nope. I proceed to search for their number to find it on ****** Customers.com. I finally call the company and have an 18 minute ordeal with a nice lady who directs to my spam folder. Many emails advertising upcoming events, but never my tickets. After transferring an email to my inbox, were able to have a code sent, then finally the tickets. When I ask her why this is so difficult and why isn't the customer service number listed, and why does it take me 30+ minutes in phone calls and internet searching to retrieve 2 tickets I bought 3 weeks ago, the answer feels like a slow corporate burn. This company should not only publish their customer service number, but also be cognitive of emails with tickets attached that get bounced back to them as their priory with customer service. I would not recommend this company because one important thing is out of place: the ease of doing business.

      Sold me tickets that would not transfer to me. Im asking for refund and all I get is an email that says I can re sell them. Trying not call and have been on hold for over *********************************************************************************** back within 48 hours. I will never use this website again they took over $300 from me and I got nothing. Such poor customer service and communication!!
