I purchased ******* cushion sets from Target online. The product is inferior by far. Foam cushions have mildewed. This happen shortly after I unpacked the product. Invoice dated 11.18.2020..first they sent me the wrong color. That was fixed.On Dec 7th had emergency surgery.. 2.5 mo in hospital, 2 mo home wound care. Then had to work to get strength back. Take care of rental that had thousands of dollars repair (aint that sweet) AND my primary home was robbed). Have police report if you don't believe me. Hurricane *** also hit.. Between hosp, covid (people not working as usual to handle things like this), hurricane.. rental property, 10 acres I take care of myself. I have been pretty busy. Just trying to give you an idea, the cushions were not my only problem . 6.8.21 Called target again, they could not help and were going to send me info. I didn't get it, I called again and on 7.21.21. ************************ was info they sent. Also sent phone number for Threshold **************. Name on label. called, no return call.4.25.22 Called target again. Did chat this time. They gave me the name Grand Basket and they phone number of their level 2 team. ************ (I called in between but can't find those notes.4.25.22 Emailed Grand Basket. No response 4.27.22 called Grand Basket left msg. ************** No return call so on 5.2.22 I called again.Same number.. then I went to ********************************.. left msg on all but one that was not a good number. The recording was exactly the same msg and voice as my initial call.5.8.22...... now I send this to you.Please take note... I purchased 4 sets but only having a problem with 3 ..one is not mildewing at all. There is no problem with the back cushions, not foam.Please help me I surely need it and at a loss as to what else I could do. I have never reported anyone to the BBB before..*********************** ************Customer response

Ordered outdoor patio furniture set on 31 Dec, 2021. 2 components were damaged upon receipt. Filed a complaint with pictures of damage (case: ********). Company agreed to replace damaged parts to ship in about 2 weeks. After 3 weeks I started calling Grand Basket. 3 weeks of emails and phone calls with no answer or responses, I advised I would contact BBB. That day they emailed a response stating it would be 6-8 more weeks. 9 1/2 weeks later, with no information, and having attempted to call and email Grand Basket numerous times to no avail. After contacting *********** they spoke with Grand Basket and were told they had no idea when parts would be in, yet they still would not respond to me. Going on 5 months now and my only recourse is to return the patio set that is sitting in a pile on my porch and order something else because the colors we have/need are no longer available. Grand Basket has responded to me only one day since this ordeal started 4 months ago, and that is when I threatened to contact the BBB. Since, they have ignored any left messages and emails, unwilling to provide any updates or replacement parts. A brief synopsis follows: Ordered - 31 Dec 21 Delivered - 13 Jan 22 Damaged product complaint filed - 13 Jan 22 Told approx 2 weeks for replacement - 14 Jan ***** 3 weeks trying to call/email starting - 7 Feb After threatening BBB, was told no ETA for parts - 28 Feb 22 Same day, after questioning this, was told 6-8 week ETA for parts - 28 Feb 22 Started attempting to contact Grand Basket again with zero responses - 19 Apr ******************** and was told my only recourse is to return because they were enable to speak with Grad Basket either - 5 May Grand Basket has been unwilling to communicate, unwilling to resolve damaged parts received as part of a $2,200 order. Currently we are without the couch and coffee table as part of our set.Customer response
