NY International shipping made my shipment process from ******** to ********* as smooth as can be. Prior to the pick-up, whilst filling out all the forms (and thats a lot!) and whilst I was preparing everything, they were always available to answer my questions and so kind and thoughtful throughout. The pick up process went very smooth, the guys were super efficient, friendly and no nonsense.Everything arrived to Ams within the provided time window and in one piece.This all for a reasonable price. I was quoted a guaranteed price for my moving, as such, if I dont change anything in the scope of work from the free survey done by them, my price will remain the same to the *****!The price I was quoted by ***** was the price I paid. With that being said, most importantly, my container of items shipped, all arrived in perfect condition. The crew was phenomenal, non intimidating, very patient, careful and helpful! We moved to ********** from ******** during Covid and after the Suez Canal issue so our items took a while to get here but the company was in contact every step of they way and were very helpful with insurance and packaging advise. It was not inexpensive BUT worth every ***** and their distribution partner Allianzmoving.com were also extremely friendly, communicative and their delivery team did an amazing job. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

We have been faithful customers of NY International Shipping for many years. After an extended visit to ******** over 10 years ago, we shipped our personal belongings to our home in ******, *******. Our friend recommended the company to us and we were very pleased with our experience. ***** Mazafis team gave us a fair price and handled all of the customs requirements for us. The teams customer service, attention to detail, and follow up were excellent. Our shipment arrived on time and was efficiently delivered to our second floor home.In 2020 we sold our home in *******. After calling a local shipper for a quote, we contacted ***** and he gave us a much better rate. Our move was during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic and the contract drivers were very respectful and took all necessary safety precautions. Delivery as scheduled (after a long Covid-related delay at the port, beyond the company's control), good communications (email and phone), careful and competent movers. We had our parents' household moved from ******* to ******, **, in the midst of winter during Covid. The movers were unfazed by an icy driveway and a long haul from truck to our house. Excellent experience overall.
