I purchased a brand new Mezco ***************** Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles collectible action figure box set from a third-party retail website (the specific site will, for now, remain nameless, as it is irrelevant). I received my order on Wednesday, April 3rd, 2024. The package was sealed by the factory and unaltered by the retailer.Each figure is supposed to come with three different swappable heads, each with a different facial expression. When opened, I found that one of the alternate portrait heads - a "smirking expression" for the ********* figure - was missing, and a second "neutral expression" alternate head was in its place. Both were individually wrapped by the factory, and again, not tampered with by the retailer.Upon contacting Mezco about the error, they flippantly dismissed my complaint, stating that company policy dictated that I contact the retailer (which I also did), that it was not their problem, and they were unable to help. This is asinine and unacceptable. I do not care what their "policy" is, this is a factory packing error, and they have not provided the item I spent substantial money to acquire. The retailer will not have the missing part. They are not capable of helping me with this problem, and this error is not their fault. When confronted with this reality, Mezco simply ignored me and stopped responding to my emails.I want the piece I paid for, or I want the money it will undoubtedly cost me to purchase the part from some reseller on **** for a substantial mark-up, roughly $30-$50 it seems. This should be a trivial matter for the manufacturer, but they want to pretend it isn't their responsibility. I will not accept less.Initial Complaint

Ordered a Mezco Toyz's Static-6 ****** Mistress of the Dark statue on 10/12/2022 from the Mezco Toyz website. Received the item on Jan 20th 2024 and several parts were missing. Attempted to contact Mezco by phone and was directed to send an email. Have sent several emails through the Mezco website and from my personal email and have had no response. The order number is #************ Package arrived in good condition but missing the 4 interchangeable TV screens.I would like to receive the missing parts.Customer response

Ordered an item over a year ago. Paid in full. I have yet to receive anything. They have batches that have come in, because retailers are getting them, but they will not ship mine. I paid for an item pre-order on May 12, 2021. The item was shipped later than promised (originally Jun - Aug 2023.) The item shipped in December of 2023 and there was an issue with the shipment. The tracking shows my order being returned to the company but I am unable to get a response from them regarding a refund or re-shipment. I paid $115 plus $24.31 in shipping and would like my money back or the item I ordered. I was charged for Mezco One 12 amazing spiderman on jan 8th and iv not gotten any from of shipping notification at all nothing saying what I've paid for has moved or even shipped it going on two weeks almost now and no word and they will not respond to my emails or customer support line won't even respond at all. The date of the transaction was June 16, 2021. The order number is ************ and the tracking number is ************ shipped with ****** I have contacted ***** to open a claim abut my missing package. I am told I need a document from Mezco, which they are not getting back to me about. I have also asked for a reshipment or refund with no answer.Initial Complaint

On December 11th 2023 I was charged for a pre-ordered item by mezcotoyz.com with a total payment of $184.24 . Since that date I have sent them multiple emails via their websites customer service form. I have recieved no responses to those emails about when my item will ship. Since that time, I have been charged by Mezcotoyz.com on January 8th **** for a second pre-order totaling $146.31. Both items are still listed in my account as processing but any attempt to contact mezcotoyz through their website email form or through their phone number have been met with silence. My requests on their social media accounts for someone from their company to reach out to me have been met with being labeled as spam posts by their social media account. I just want them to ship the orders that I have paid them for. A response to ANY of my customer service requests would be nice too.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and despite Mezcotoyz complete lack of response in any way, across any avenue I contacted them through, they eventually delivered my two packages. I find that this resolution is barely satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved in the least professional manner Mezcotoyz could have taken.

I placed an order in pre-order, it stated that shipment was Oct.-Dec. I placed this order May 4th, I checked the order status and it now says shipment May-July. I emailed them and basically I got ran around the ****. I emailed again and they never emailed me back. I am beyond irritated with Mezco Toyz. They are a serious disappointment, I would NOT recommend them to anyone at all.Customer response

Earlier this year, I ordered a Mezco One:12 Batman ****. They claimed they lost all the orders and cancelled my (and a lot of other people) orders. I was disappointed but it wasnt a huge deal. Fast forward some months, I ordered the Mezco One:12 *********** Ranger IMMEDIATELY when they put it up for order. Well after a little while I start seeing a LOT of people posting that they got their new figure by being on the waitlist. The wait list is supposed to be for people that missed out and want a chance to get the figure. So Mezco fulfilled their WAITLIST orders so they could get their money also. My order is still not even processing. They would rather fulfill waitlist orders (so they can get that money also) than send the figure to the people who BOUGHT and PAID for it within 5 minutes of it being for sale (after I planned my whole day around the figure going up for sale-even though doing that did nothing and Im still lacking my favorite ever character because Mezco would rather pull a cash grab than actually do good business) Also, I ordered the Mezco One:12 Wolverine (blue and yellow) immediately when it went up for sale. I have also seen people say that their wait list order converted and they got the Wolverine. Apparently, buying a figure as soon as it is put up for sale does not guarantee you get that figure. I've emailed Mezco several times for the reason of them not delivering 1 of my items that I paid for.I ordered 2 and received 1. I got a few responses that keep telling me to wait.I've been collecting for over 35 years and never had an issue like this before with any other company.If this doesn't get resolved I will seek legal action which I mentioned to Mezco on my last email to them.It's been since March 28th and now we're in July.Attached is the receipt and a picture of what I received.I sure hope this gets resolved before August. Or I already have a lawyer lined up to take the caseCustomer response
