On July 13, 2022, I ordered online the ******* bouquet of flowers with a white vase from Ode a la Rose website for a friends 55th birthday to be delivered to a ************ address. The flowers delivered looked nothing like the ******* bouquet of flowers that were pictured on their website. The website picture of these flowers showed a beautiful, elegant arrangement of light colored flowers in a white vase, and the flowers delivered to my friend for her birthday were mostly dark colored with very few light colored flowers and not the colors of the flowers shown on their website. After many emails back and forth to Ode a la Rose customer service representative of my unsatisfaction of the flowers that were delivered, I requested a refund and was denied.Business response

That being said, we guaranteed the freshness of your bouquet and encouraged you to reach out if there should be any quality issues within the next 2 or 3 business days. We didn't receive any further correspondence so we (wrongly) assumed there were no further issues.
