We used TikTok to move and store our complete household goods and furniture. It was initially not clear to us to which storage facility our goods were taken but we eventually determined it was their location in the Bronx. Although we set up automatic payment on our credit card for monthly storage charges we quickly noticed nothing was being billed. We were also concerned about the condition of our goods. No one picks up the phone there but they did eventually respond to emails. We paid for all of the back months but again they failed to charge our card going forward. We then insisted to see the actual units and found that our furniture and other goods were just thrown into the storage space resulting in significant damage. We paid someone to repack the units and assess the damage. They agreed to waive the fees for 4 months 9/21 -12/21 to compensate us for the damage and said we would get paperwork confirming. We have received nothing and we have not been billed for 1/22-4/22. I have sent emails and tried to call. No response to my emails and no one picks up the phone.Initial Complaint

I hired Tik Tok movers to move all my stuff from ******** to ***** in February. They promised me it will be in the location in March and it never arrived. They don't answer the phone or email. They stole all my belongings, furniture, clothes, computers, merchandise from my business... I have nothing with me and I can not contact them. The value of m belongings is around $20.000 - $30.000, I can not start my life with anything, I need a solution, sent it to me, or pay me what the stolen. Please help. Thank youBusiness response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:The business attached a blank pdf, with no content. Their message was no proposing any solution, just saying they care about customers. This business can not be open, they stole all my life and no one even pick the phone. I need answer, I need to my belongings, I need it back and I request a serious answer or taking legal measurements. The BBB should protect the customer and this business is laughing at me. Please help.
