    **** is a horrible person!!! no one called me to let me know when my install was. I called them to find out and **** (the owner) cursed at me using the ** Bomb repeatedly! If anyone believes as a customer being screamed at and cursed at using such profanity than by all means go to Jays.But this is not the first time the unprofessional mannerism has happened by a Jays staff, now I understand why. When the owner thinks its ok to ** someone out because they would like to know when a delivery is going to be made. why shouldnt the staff also be less than average

    Horrible customer service. Totally disrespectful towards the VETERANS. PLEASE do not shop here. They are totally full of themselves.
