Car had a stalling problem, i brought it to the mechanic the **************. The mechanic said it was an easy issue and that the amount would be around 700.(gave me an estimate). Then he said will be ready the next day. Next day i came , he haven't even looked at the car, and said come again next day. I came next day ,the car was parked in the streets that how i knew he didnt even look at it. Then he told me he was busy, one day he would say, someone is sick, next day he would say , i had to pick up someone. So unprofessional.So finally when he checked the car he said that the bill would be ****. labor parts etc. the 12 of october the car was finally ready after the everyday excuses he had used ,to a point i even asked him for refund . He said no. Now the october 12, i took the vehicle drove it with my bro in law, the next day same problem. Engine light came on after it got stalled while driving in a highway almost cost our lives.. I was furious, i returned it the same day, ******** quickly said, "oh i see the problem . Leave the car ill take care of it". Even when i was furious, i was patient. To make story short , i finally received the car from him november 1st. He lied to my face , the way he demonstrated his busness was so unprofessional. I received the car in a dirty ,untidy condition. The interior was stained with cats or dogs footprints. The next day , my bro in law was driving the car, suddenly engine came back on, car stalled . Thats when i said enough is enough.Business response

Rudkarly, when you left our shop with your 2008 ******* Elentra, it was fine. You drove with the car after the car was fixed. Your car came in a really bad condition when you bought it to the shop. Please do not blame someone else for your unprofessionalism. You did not even had your car register and we still did you a favor to keep the car to fix it but the more you try to help people, they do not appreciate it. If you had a problem with the car, you should have call to bring it back in since you have 6 months warranty so, please don't talk about being professional when you can't even be one yourself.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I found his response false and absentminded. He said my car wasn't registered. i don't know what he meant by that when the car had temporary plate because it came out straight from the car dealership. I am appalled on how he didn't even apologized about my car conditions, how they dirtied my car seats. My car was in bad shape , he was right when he said that the car came in a bad shape, but what did he do nothing. The car left in bad shape with the engine light on and stalling. A mechanic shop is supposed to represent a healing place for cars. If i go to your place, i fully expect my car to be fixed after i offered you my money in cash ( He wanted cash).I need a refund from him, i am truly not satisfy at all by the way they conduct their services. for him to call me unprofessional , while i gave him my times and patience. This is absolutely an act of foolishness .
