      I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in January of 2024 from out of state. Based on the listing the vehicle had 'no damage'; Carfax included. I had requested pictures and a detailed video of the vehicle prior to shipment and due to a weather event was not ever given those images to confirm the CarFax claim of 'no damage'.Upon receipt, I notified the dealer of front bumper damage, significant rear panel damage and a broken rear bumper and reflector. I had a local repair shop provide estimates and the total was over $5,000; this also included a front right CV Axle replacement needed.I stated the claims, provided estimates, and asked for verification of all information. The ** stated they noted the damage when accepting the vehicle on trade; there was never a denial that there was obvious damage. In my opinion, this was blatant negligent misrepresentation and borderline fraud.I requested all repairs be made at the cost of the dealer and we could move on from the issues. The ** met with the owner (*****) who refused to meet that request. As an out of state consumer, I feel the dealership took advantage knowing I'm unlikely to be a repeat customer.

      Buyer BEWARE I purchased a car from Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge last week August 15th 2023. The car I purchased was a used 2021 with only **** miles. **** I went for a test drive my father and I both noticed the front driver side tire was flat. *************** said we will fill that up. He said there was a little hole and they patched it. We also noticed the rear driver side tire was torn on the outer wall. We both told him those two tire need to be replaced. Matter of fact all four tires need to be replaced not repaired. Especially since they didnt take a dollar off the price of the car. Not even the dealer fee. Great. Drove that car. Loved it. We were told the tires would be replaced with new ones. After going back and negotiating and then having my 2017 appraised I was told what I will be getting for my trade in. Since they wouldnt budge with the price of the car, (not even one thousand off) I decided not to get it. Then the calls came it to negotiate more and now my trade in was even less. (One week later). The car was beautiful and with such low miles i decided to buy it. Fast forward one week August ****************************************************************************************************************** were swerving. Catastrophic And could have been deadly. Come to find out the tires were dry rotting and the rim was completely loose. How do you sell a car and not check if the wheels are out on property. Car towed to service I get a loaner car, driving home car runs out of gas. You give me a car with no gas??? Contacted my attorney and now it begins. Despicable negligence is what you call this dealership and service department

      I bought my car on November 17, 2022, forma third party I will not say the name. In December 26th, My car blew the transmission on the highway with only ***** miles on the car. I got no help the day of the incident. I had to go in person the next day to the dealership lose work hours to get any answers . After we finally figured out how to get my car to westbury it took them almost two months to fix my car . When I got my car back the buttons on my steering wheel dont work . The transmisin as they told me it was fully changed but it sounds like a horrible job . Two months after getting my car back 2nd and 3rd gear sound horrible . *** called and asked to see if I can get my car checked for the sound that is making . They told me I would have to leave the car and they will not be giving me a loaner car( I dont have an another car) . And while speaking to r*** over the phone she gave me the meanest Attitude and treated me as if I was below her . Told me that the last time i got a loaner was out of courtesy and that my warranty doesnt cover anything that I asked for . I find this place disgtuing and regret leasing my car from them and I cant wait for lease to end to be done with them and they can all f*** them selfs .

      We bought a pre-owned vehicle (1 year old) from ***** at Westbury Dodge and he explained that even though we didn't want it, we had to take the MANDATORY service deal they offer because they won't let you buy the car without this!!! And with this "deal" that will cost you well over $1,000 extra is the promise of free oil changes and inspections for life as long as you use their service center (the one in Westbury being the only option). When my inspection was due, I drove 30 minutes to their service center for the "free" inspection and oil change. That is when they told me that the deal is only valid WHEN YOU AGREE TO OTHER MAINTENANCE SERVICES they deem necessary at each visit. At my visit, I needed 2 filters (they charge $90 each for these) and a brake flush ($180). So I wasn't walking out of there without spending at least $360 for my "free" service that I was forced to accept for well over $1000 at time of purchase. Be careful, read the fine print because they aren't going to tell it to you.

      Set up an appointment and checked on availability of a used / pre owned truck. It was available. Check it out and loved it. Gave us the keys and checked out . While going over numbers and ready to make a deal . The truck was sold on a cold rainy day on Wednesday while ready to purchase it. ************* Scam!! The truck sat on their dealership lot since July 1st . October 5th the day we went there the truck was sold from under our feet. Tried selling us a lesser grade truck and more expensive. Dishonest , nonsense talk , and wasted our day there. Do not trust Westbury Ram Dodge Jeep. Bad business people and lie!!

      The sales ****************** (and Im using actual names here, I dont give a care) was fine, if not a little aloof. He wasnt, however, pushy, which I appreciate. My big problem was with the finance woman, ***. Already, I dont trust finance people. She was extremely pushy and patronizing when I had questions about the itemized **** which didnt make sense to me (I swear they make those things purposefully confusing). Furthermore, I initially agreed to the extended warranty, which would cover bumper to bumper for five years. Jeep, as a manufacturer, has 3 years bumper to bumper, and 5 years (or ****** miles) mechanical coverage but it doesnt cover electric issues. So, in reality, the extended warranty was only for two extra years and cost $3000. I thought on this further and decided I didnt want the extended warranty. She was a complete ***** about it, and went as far as complaining that she will have to re-print all this paper work. *****, thats your job.It took a tremendous amount of strength for me to not unleash on her. She wore tight leather pants, had a ton of make up and hair extensions. It was at the tip of my tongue to say, why should I trust you. Look at yourself. Youre a ********** wannabe. Youre clearly a fake person just by looking at you.

      Before starting this review, please note that I had to delete my original post because ****** initially threatened not to deliver my car if I did not delete the first post.So here is the updated post since it she has left me no choice but to post this. When I had bought the car, I was told that the service department would treat me with "VIP service," but that was not the case. I am disgusted by this situation, and she needs to take some classes on how to deal with customers.So here it goes, I dropped the car off during the middle of December at the service department, and I received it back today. It took them over two weeks to diagnose the vehicle, to get an update, I had to call at least twice a day. Every time I called, they would say, no one is here, but you can leave a message, or no one can help you at this moment, or we will call you back later or call back tomorrow. I understand that we are in a pandemic; however, what they did was ridiculous, and I am very upset with the situation.For the three weeks, they had my car, all they did was fix my radio from delamination on the screen and did not do anything else; for example, I asked them to improve the wheel alignment, and they didn't. The person "claimed it was not part of the warranty"; however, I paid for the extra warranty for another ****** miles. **** ***?! You have my car, and for three weeks you don't do anything besides changing the radio screen. They could not do anything I had asked as per my mechanic had stated what I should have checked?!I had initially spoken to *****, but she did not give much information, so I had to speak to someone higher up, and her name was ******. ****** was not a nice person at all. She has a very nasty attitude when it comes to customers. She stated that my mechanic does not know what he is talking about and knows nothing about cars. Her reason was that "he is not a certified Chrysler mechanic." The mechanic I used has been working on cars much longer than some people who work there but that's not the point.Word to the wise, avoid this place at all costs and avoid ****** if you have to deal with servicing your car. Do not get me wrong, and some friendly people work there and will help you; however, if you have to deal with ******, run for the hills. She claims to be a manager, but you do not act that way towards your customers.She needs to go back to school and learn customer service, speaking from one manager to another.
