I purchased some jewelry back in Fall 2021, never received any of the items. A few weeks after receiving only a purchase confirmation email, but nothing else, I followed up with the seller *************************/ *********************** over *********. She responded a while later and said the items were on the way. I then got an email with the tracking number showing that the shipping label was created but **** is still waiting on the item. A few weeks later I checked again and the status stayed the same. I message ***** again asking when the item would be dropped off and she said it was already sent out. Still havent received it, followed up one last time but she then responded by blocking me from her *********. Never got a refund or anything so I tried to dispute with Shopify. I did some research and saw the same exact thing happened to a bunch of other customers where they purchased something, got a tracking number but item was never shipped, then they either got some nasty responses from her or blocked based on what I read. Please save your money and avoid Empire State Jewels. Sounds like a lot of other people lost hundreds also and never got it back, very sad.

Ima keep this short and to the point with hopes I save someone a few dollars (hundereds). 1: she claims her jewelry is gold filled, it is gold plated. I know it is gold plated because 2: almost ALL of her jewelry she sells on her website (she claims she designs herself) are off ****. I reached out to a few of the **** shops and they confirmed they wholesaled to *****. And in their description of the product they are ALL gold plated. 3: she has a sickening processing time because she hand makes her products and is a one woman business her processing times usually are anywhere from 3-8 weeks. And for most credit companies disputes pass 2 months are slim to no chance of getting your money back. 4: she never sends any product out, shell send a tracking email with a tracking number (it all looks so legit) until you check that tracking information again 2 weeks later and its still sitting at the shipping label created awaiting item 5: if its been some time since you were supposed to receive your order, and you try to email/ dm her asking for an update she will either respond with the materials are delayed she dropped it off at the post office and it is now out of her hands or she will say something along the lines of Im a one woman business and thats why 3 months later you still havent received anything. 6: shes rude, so is her husband, and sisters. When trying to get ahold of ***** to try and get the products we paid up right and in full. They will subliminally degrade you and make you feel like youre the problem. 7: when asking for a refund she will only give you store credit or say she can not give you a refund becus either she shipped the product out or its already been made and you will never get your jewelry or refund. Store credit maybe but if you use the store credit you wont get the jewelry
