I brought my vehicle to Empire Lincoln of Huntington on 4/22/2021 for warranty repairs, including two transmission-related problems, neither of which has been successfully repaired after four service episodes and 69 days out of service. Additionally, immediately following the initial repair, the transmission demonstrated new, significantly worse problems. It now overheats, smokes, and exhibits unpredictable power train response/performance, in addition to the original complaints. Varying combinations of these new issues have occurred on 22 occasions since the 4/2 service encounter. They began on the day it was returned to me (4/19/21) and had not occurred prior to that initial service encounter. After extensive effort to obtain resolution, the dealership has now refuses communicate with me or the Lincoln representative with whom I am working and refuses to (a) address the incomplete initial warranty claim and (b) correct the caused damage to my vehicle by its faulty repair.AfterCustomer response
