We could not be happier with the process! The designer, *****************************, was on point and listened to our needs and adjusted the design until we were happy with it. From ordering to receiving, it was a very smooth process. We had a dedicated shipping specialist who made sure we had every item ordered. The only suggestion I would have is better instructions on putting the cabinets together. We did watch the videos and everything came out great. I wish I could upload photos of our beautiful buffet/bar area! We do not have a lot of DIY experience but it turned out amazing.

Working with *** has been a very pleasant experience. I worked with the designer ***** who was fantastic. While I had a vision of what I wanted to accomplish (I have relatives that also have the *** cabinets in a different color so I knew the quality was good), Mycah set up a 3d render from the model I filled out and really brought it to life which was really assuring. She also helped me figure out how much molding and panels I needed. I had ideas for a faux wainscotting and needed to fill the gap above the cabinets (since I left myself some buffer room for the height of the ceiling and ***** helped me figure out how much I needed as well as how to set it up when I hang everything. The whole process was pretty easy can't wait to set it up. Thank you.The RTA Store, Inc. Response

The designer was very helpful during the design process of this cabinet project. As with every design, changes had to be made and she was more than willing to help with those changes. I did not feel like I was being oversold...in fact, I was offered ways to save money on the cabinet package. ***** did a great job with our kitchen design. Very patient as we made multiple changes throughout the process. Dimensional drawings were great but the pictures were the selling point. ***** was fantastic. We went to 3 other kitchen companies and 2 of them never got me an ************** just didn't have the correct color. But RTA had everything we wanted. ***** was always in contact with me. Any change we had she made it within a very short period of time. Even during our down time she was in contact to make sure we didn't have any further questions. My designer was great to work with. She scheduled a call to make sure she was on the same page with what I wanted. She was quick to reply and very detailed. Her designs were very accurate. I really appreciated that she was never pushy to make the sale, which would have been a major turn off. She set up my cart with the design I requested and let me know about sales. Phenomenal communication and customer service. I worked with designer ****, and she helped me with various design ideas and responded quickly to questions and changes I requested.
