      I was issued the card, opened online acct and made first payment of 175 to cover first year fee. A week later my account was closed and no reason given. They also are charging me an additional ***** for something, I know not what. It is impossible to get a person on their phone and no email given.

      This is the worst credit card company I have ever dealt with. I have had this card for 2 months. Usually I would make a payment and the balance would be available for the next day. 2 days ago (two days before the due date btw) I made a payment for 300 bucks and the next day the balance was not available. I called and the customer service was terrible. They told me for no reason the "system" was holding the payment for 5 days. I asked them why and they couldn't give a answer, just because. The manager I spoke to was patronizing and robotic. Now I wake up today and they charged me a bunch of fees because the available credit does not match the balance on the card (which reflects my payment). The customer service agent I spoke to today had the audacity to tell me maybe I should made my payment sooner. So what is the point of a due date then? I thought it was the day both parties agreed on? I am paying this off and kicking these clowns to the curb. They use their "14 day hold on payments" policy to their advantage to get fees. Do not get this card.

      ZERO STARS. After paying off this card because of the unbelievable fees and interest, a merchant I returned something to credited the card and they took the money and keep claiming they sent me a check. USMAIL does not take ***** days to arrive. I have verified my address as accurate. When I contact them I get someone in ********* or *************** who over talks me and claims the check was cut and mailed within the last 30days. This card has unbelievable annual fees and the highest interest rate of all cards. The customer service is non existent. They have my money and are lying about giving it back to me. I closed this miserable card and paid it off 6 weeks ago! Give me my money. Ive called ********* for the last time. DO NOT THINK EVERY CARD CREDIT KARMA SUGGESTS IS GOOD.

      0 rating is more like it. So apparently when making a payment they put your payment on hold for 14 days thus making it late, then add late fees. And when you try again, they continue to add the fees. Ive seen other reviews where others are having the same issue. Good luck trying to get anyone in the customer service department. This is a scam credit card and must be avoided at all cost. There are far better credit cards out there for credit building.

      After bombarding me with pre-approved offers, I finally decided to accept the Milestone CC and it became the most convoluted, frustrating verification process I've ever been through. Since my application reflected my mailing and business address, they asked for a copy of my drivers license to verify my address. Well, my DL shows my actual address where I physically live and since it didn't match my application address, they asked for documentation that verified my mailing address like a utility **** or billing statement. So I sent my auto insurance billing statement AND my university registration that also lists my SSN and each show my mailing address. But that wasn't good enough either. I guess this company is still in the dark ages of utility and phone **** verification when millions of people pay all utilities included rent and have pre-paid phone services that doesn't generate billing statements. So I came up with what I thought would be an easy process... why not just change the address on my application to the address on my State-issued drivers license where I also physically live and that should be that since they already have a copy of my DL on file. I don't receive mail here because it's safer and more convenient at my business address. But I said what the heck, it'll just be that one time. But even after that, they wanted one more document to prove I lived at the address on my drivers license that they'd already verified. I receive bills at my mailing address and only MVA info here that comes once a year. So after that, I said forget this and realized a $700 credit limit that takes $175 out before you even use it and has the highest interest rates of any card I've seen just wasn't worth all this trouble. Not to mention 3 out of the 5 CS agents I spoke with were very rude and condescending... one even replied , "I'm not a magician" when all I asked for is verification that my documents were received. Obviously he wasn't too bright either. Since i just graduated from college with honors, I'm sure I'll be getting better card offers with better rates all year long. I only went for this card because they kept mailing me pre-approvals and I needed a cushion after my father's death and dealing with his estate. But even Pops would've told me this card isn't worth the trouble or the charges and to dump it. So that's what I did... it's just not worth the trouble. I despise sub-par customer service and the high interest rates and fees alone should make you think again about about accepting any MILESTONE CC offer. Again... it's just not worth it and I'm glad their funky attitudes matched their conditions. There are better CC deals everywhere. So just look before you leap off the cliff with this jank... I mean bank. LOL
