Second time working with Robert. Multiple offers with escalations and he walked us through it all. Always pay for Gold service, its so worth it. Saved big bucks(5 figures) in a market were houses are selling like hot cakes. He never lost patience with us if I did a form wrong the first time!!!Review from Rachel J

Northern Star Realty and Robert were outstanding! He made everything super easy. We communicated mostly through email which was very convenient. He was very knowledgeable and purchasing the Flat Fee MLS Plan saved me $4,955 in commission (after the flat fee). The website provides detailed information about the entire process from start to finish. In a time when houses basically sell themselves, it only made sense for me to give this a try to save money, it worked out great. I highly recommend Northern Star Realty!Review from Maria D

Our experience with Northern Star Realty and Robert P***** was outstanding! We purchased the Gold Flat Fee MLS Plan and saved at least $10,000. The website provides detailed information about the process from beginning to end. This, combined with Robert’s extensive knowledge and experience, assured that the listing, showings and sale went smoothly. All of our questions were answered promptly, regardless of when the emails were sent. We received several solid offers which we were able to review with Robert prior to making our final decision. What a trip. Selling an estate house. Northernstar was excellent. Provided all the forms, help with any questions I ask. Was always there when needed. Provided the signage and gave encouragement along the way. Saved over $3200. I may never sell a house on my own again, but this was the way to go! I would certainly encourage any one contemplating a FSBO to check this out first!Review from David T

Robert P*****/Northern Star Reality was great! We needed to get our home listed quickly at the end of the season. Bob got this done for us. We made a couple of small mistakes on the paperwork. Bob helped us with the corrections. We sold our home to the first people that looked at it. We had two other offers the next day. All the offers were over listed price. All were cash. All waved inspection. We saved $8500. In fees. We had absolutely no issues at closing. We had about six hours of time to fill out the paperwork, show our home, and get the necessary paperwork to our closing Attorney. I’m not sure where I can make $8500. for six hours of work. Bob was a great value for us! Thanks, Bob!
