Purchased product - 5 months later made impressions and sent them in to alpha veneer. Stayed in contact via email ( which now says mailed system failed).Started checking with this horrible company in April until July , then realizing after Fed Ex called me saying there is no such address for this company so they mailed back the entire impressions .Over ******* stolen:(((( the entire reason i went this route was because I cannot afford traditional veneers.Initial Complaint

I had placed an order for the veneers. They sent me the kit to take the impressions. I did not take good impressions then I was told I could pay more money for them to send me a video on how to correctly do the impressions. I said no. That's fine. I will just take a refund because on their site they say if you've used the impression kit you will be charged a small fee for that and then we'll be refunded the rest of your money. They said they will send the refund. That was almost 2 months ago. There's nothing in my bank account. They are now not speaking with me at all and obviously have not refunded my money.Customer response

Transaction Date: 12/02/2021 Amount paid: $499.00 Order# **** I ordered a set of occasional wear veneers, when I received them and tried them on they were too big for my mouth, cutting into my gums and very uncomfortable. I looked at the website to see if they offered return or refund, I emailed the support team and expressed my concerns. The website states that they do offer refunds. The guy that responded told me to send a picture of the veneers in my mouth and stated that the dentist analyzed my picture and said they are a great fit and that since I had worn them in my mouth I was not eligible for a refund. I kept all emails due to the support team being very rude and unprofessional. He stated that since I sent the picture that they requested he now has proof that I have worn the veneers and said that I was just complaining. I explained to him that I had thoroughly read the website regarding return and refund, he said that I just need to get adapted to them being in my mouth even though I told him that they were cutting into my gums, I could not close my mouth due to them being too big and very uncomfortable. I proceeded to call to speak to someone and they guy told me that I should just purchase the ceramic veneers instead which would be an additional $400. I expressed that I just needed some adjustments to my previous order to make them more comfortable or I would like a refund. They stated that I am not eligible because they think they are a great fit for my mouth and because they have the proof that I wore them since they requested I send them a picture wearing the veneers.Initial Complaint

I ordered veneers from Alpha Veneers. Before I even placed my order I emailed them and told them I needed them by a certain date for an event and did not want them otherwise. I was told no problem in the email they sent me that the product would be there in time. I placed the order and told them in an email I would pay more for shipping so I would get them impression kit quicker. I was told it already shipped and would be there in 2 days. It took 5 days to arrive. I called customer support and voiced my concern and was again told no problem we can do it. I did my impressions which took a bit of back and forth with the company to get an answer as to whether they were usable. I priority mailed them and gave them the tracking number. Now they say it cannot be done in time and will not answer my email for a refund.
