CRAPY DEALER BOTH SALES AND SERVICE HIGH PRICES FOR LEASE AND SALE WORKING THEIR WAY DOWN FROM HI TO LOW. SERVICE MANAGERS WITH BAD ATTITUDES ***** SAID THEY DIDNT ***E IF WE CAME BACK OR NOT AND ***************** TOLD US GET THE **** OUT CASUE WE COMPLAIN they took 3-4 hours to fix a flat. After we found out they were too lazy to remove the tyre and put it in the bin with water. Instead they just sprayed down the tyre for so many times before I told them for the 4 time there was a problem with one of the tyre. THEY FOUND THE PROBLEM AFTER THEY REMOVED AND DUNKED IT IN THE *** FULL OF WATER. INSISTED TO CHARGE ME FOR THE ***** SHOULD HAVE BEEN N/C,HENCE I PAID TO HAVE MY TYRES ROATED AND ALIGNED A FEW DAYS AGO AND DIDNT DRIVE THE *** ANYWHERE NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!!!

My experience with Platinum Volkswagen has been a nightmare of lies, incompetence, and disregard for customer satisfaction. Despite ******************** corporate's recommendation to complete the buyout at a dealership for a smoother process, Platinum Volkswagen proved to be unreliable.They charged me for vehicle registration that was never initiated during the buyout, despite my registration not being expired at the time. I paid for a service I never received, and Volkswagen corporate confirmed that the registration should have been handled prior to buying the car after the lease. This conflicting information and deceptive practices have caused immense frustration.I have little faith that Platinum Volkswagen will rectify the situation, as they have shown a lack of action and accountability. I urge them to address this issue publicly, providing answers and restitution. Until they take responsibility for their failures, I strongly advise others to avoid this untrustworthy dealership.Platinum Volkswagen must acknowledge their mistakes and make amends. Why was I charged for an unexecuted registration? Why did they fail to fulfill their obligations? These questions deserve answers and a resolution.Beware of Platinum Volkswagen's deceptive practices and neglectful behavior. Choose a dealership that prioritizes honesty and values customer satisfaction.

I was kicked out by the manger simply because I asked about the car prices in his store. The guy was so rude so I told him I want to talk to the manger. This is when he told me I'm the manager and get the **** out of my store. he followed me to the parking lot pointing on his eyes basically is telling me go cry. Unprofessional individual, rude with abusive personality. I'm going to report this incident to ** of North America as well.
