On 12/6/23 I dropped off my tow truck to regional in order to obtain a quote to replace the fan clutch and casing, cost to clear codes, price to change belts, price to install new wiper blades and how much it would cost to change the antifreeze. I gave a list of everything that I wanted a quote for. On 12/7/23 I stopped in to get that quote and was presented with a quote that was triple what other shops would have charged. I declined services and asked for the keys to my truck. They refused to give me the keys stating that I would have to pay the bill. I said no because they did not do any of the services and that I had not approved and signed for any work to be completed. The person at the desk then created a fake bill in front of me that was around $700. I said there was no way I was going to pay that when no work was done on my truck, and I did not sign for any authorization for work to be done on my truck. The man named kirk finally dropped the bill down to $503.91 which I was forced to pay in order for them to release my vehicle. At no point in time was I ever called or told of any potential charges nor that they would charge me anything at all if I did not except the estimate.Business response

They signed giving us approval to perform diagnostics to the vehicle. Please see attached of signature repairs they wanted us to complete.We apologize for any miscommunication we will be contacting the customer to give a full refund.
