      To whom it may concern,
We are extremely sorry to hear the customer mislead the information.  We have been at the customer's house for the following issues
      1) August of 2022: Hot water heater installation, in which we provided and installed the hot water heater on the same day.  This job was completed and there was no issue.  The cost of this job was $1750.  The customer is including this amount in the total amount he stated of $2950.  This job is irrelevant to the job of what is being mentioned by the customer.
      2) November of 2022: Garage ceiling leak.  Leak was caused by clogged toilet in master bathroom. We removed and reset toilet and cleared clog. Cost of job $450
      3) June of 2023: We snaked shower line in master bathroom, we cleared hair and grease from the line. Cost of job $379.31
      4) November of 2023: Garage ceiling leak. Diagnosed. We removed and reset toilet and cleared clog about 8ft in line. Cost of job $704.44 (weekend emergency rate)
The reoccurring issue are clogs in the customers pipes that are causing backups and leaks. The customer called back after the November ********* visit stating all toilets in the house were backing up. We advised the customer that we need to send a sewer drain technician out since it is very possible that it is the main line may be back up and need to be snaked.  When the sewer technician arrived onsite, the first thing said by the customer to the tech was that he was not going to pay any more than what he already paid from his 11/25/23 service.  The customer was being rude to the tech and demanded the work be done for free, the tech did not want to get into an altercation with the customer so he left the property.  The customer then called the office and was screaming at the staff and threatening to post a bad review and that he was going to take us to court. The customer posted a review stating we are not licensed, exaggerated the amount he has paid for separate services over the past year.  This defamation is causing our company tremendous harm.
If you need ay further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Thank you in advance for your understanding.

      To whom it may concern,
This letter is in response to BBB complaint# ********.
The customer, *************************** called our company CV Pools, not CV Plumbing, to service her pool.  The customer said that her pool water was yellow, had some algae buildup, dirt and debris on the bottom.  While scheduling the appointment, our secretary explained to the customer that there is a call fee for us to send a technician to diagnose the problem.  *********** call fee is $175 + tax, which equals to $189.67.  The customer agreed to the service call fee before being put on the schedule and before technicians arrived to her property.
After arrival to her property, the technicians assessed and advised the customer on what needed to be done.  They explained to the customer that a vacuuming needed to be done to clear the debris from the bottom of the pool.  They also informed the customer that the pool needed to be brushed when the water got clear, need to be back washed and shocked.  The customer told the technicians that the pool was vacuumed by someone else the day before, but if it needed more vacuuming to proceed.
Our technicians told the customer that we would need to come back another time to put in the chemicals since the pool did not have enough water and needed to be filled in order to put the correct amount of chemicals that were needed.  Filling the pool takes a lot of time, which the technicians are not allowed to wait at a job for fill up.
The technicians explained everything that was going to be done before doing anything and made sure the customer knew that additional work was needed. The technicians told the customer that we were only charging for the work that was completed for that day, since our calls are COD (we collect payment at the time of service).  The customer said that she was not going to pay anything because she wanted the work completed the same day.
While still at the customers property, our technicians called our office to alert us of the situation.  The customer was yelling at our technicians which then created a very hostile and unsafe work environment.  The customer then called the office and was yelling very loudly to our secretaries and myself, the manager.  We offered to return the next day to complete the extra work she wanted us to do.  However, she said she thought that everything was going to be included in the $175 + tax  service call fee and she was not going to pay anything until we do all the extra work for free  because that is what she was expecting.  She continued to yell at the top of her lungs combined with her husband yelling in the background and said if the work was not done for free she would give our company a bad review and also call the Better Business Bureau.
They still owe us for the service call/diagnostic that was agreed upon, $189.67 (with tax).  We are not charging the customer for the vacuuming.

Attached is a picture of the customer's pool after we vacuumed.  It was left clean and in good condition.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if there are any other questions or concerns.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

We did yell. But the representative would not allow us to complete a sentence with constantly interrupting what we were trying to say. The manager did the same. The workers said they would return to complete the unfinished job. The workers to chemicals out of our pool storage box and said this is what you need to use. Why did they not complete the job with their chemicals. The water level was no too low to back wash, or complete the job they were hired to do. The job was not completed, we were told that the cost was inclusive of the service that was not provided.

As stated previously, the $175+tax service call fee is for the diagnosis of the pool, not for all the work that needs to be completed.  Our technicians spent time there assessing the pool to determine what needed to be done to correct the problems with the pool.

We will not be returning to completed any services.  We are asking for the service call fee for the diagnosis and time spent there to be paid.

Hired to repair a broken pressure reader for our well in 1-24-22. They replaced tank + filter. Things worked normally for about a week. We noticed the pressure was abnormally low so we called back. They determined that our pump was bad. They replaced the pump 2-2-22 We had the water pressure back but there was a decent amount of **** in the water. They said this was normal since the well was disturbed. I waited about 2 weeks for the **** to settle, but it didn't resolve. We called again and they said we have to wait longer and continue to replace our filters. We went through about 10 filters. Weve never seen **** when replacing our filters in the past. About 2 mo later, I reached out directly to the plumber who was on site during the work to take a look and to also looking at a multi stage filter. No one called me back or sent a quote. I got fed up and figured maybe this will resolve itself and the **** really is just taking a lot of time to settle. 10/17 I replaced our filter and found a decent amount of **** build up again. I called - representative said the same plumber would be available on Fri. I confirmed that he should call me. My husband gets the call on Thur. Caller (not the same plumber) said sediment is normal, we just need a better filtration system. My husband said to call me, that sediment isnt the issue were having. I didn't receive a call back or even a courtesy checkin from the office to see if we wanted the filter system. Fri no one showed for the appointment or called. Since our pump was replaced and I replace our filters every 2/3mo, our water runs brown for days and *********************** on EVERYTHING. This is the water were bathing, washing dishes, laundry, brushing our teeth, and cooking with. This **** is running through our toilet tanks, pipes, boiler, and is probably causing other issues. I believe they installed the pump too deep or it is too powerful and picking up ****. It shouldnt take MONTHS for **** to settle. Total cost - $5,200
