I have contacted the owner of First Prise Properties regarding my hot water tank, which is not working. His response was, “There is nothing I can do right now.” He will let me know when he can take care of it.Business response

Thank you for your email.
Please know Ms. ****** called the emergency line at 8pm Saturday night. She spoke to one of the owners, who explained that we cannot get a hot water tank from the supplier on Saturday or Sunday, as they are closed. We are also dealing with a shortage of hot water tanks, appliances, parts, etc, because of Covid 19. She was made aware of this on the phone call.
Unfortunately, we can only work within the confines of the supplier on issues such as these.We are more than willing to let her out of her Lease with no penalty.
Otherwise, she will have to wait for the tank, just like any of us would have to do in a similar situation.
