5/27/21 got a quote from Travis Timblin to pressure wash and seal my two decks for $800.00 I bought the material 6/23/2021 Travis Timblin seals my two decks. He also said he accidentally got the seal on my car and that it’ll come off in the car wash. 7:30pm I told him the deck were still soaked. He said he coated them twice and that it’ll take long 6/24/21 2pm I told him the decks aren’t soaking up the seal I sent pictures 6/26/21 he said might be too much sunlight let’s see what the rain does 7/5/21 I told him no improvement. I told him I think the decks were too wet when he applied the seal and that’s why the decks didn’t soak up the seal. I told him I think the decks need to be stripped and redone. I sent more pictures and asked him what he thought? No response 7/23/21 I said still no change in decks I asked if he’d like to redo my decks at no charge to me or refund my money. No response yet! I also informed him that my car had to be professional done to get the seal off.Business response
