One word Id use to describe Euro Motor Haus is DISHONEST. This is a bait and switch operation. Went to pick up a Jeep and pay cash. They tried to add $1,995 fee plus tax to the purchase because I was paying with cashWHAT?!? I walked out of the store and didnt buy the Jeep.Review from Henry W

Man what a nice dealership and ***************** options. Walked in price was on point and better than the last place I went. All the cars were inside and actually beautiful. Finance got me a low interest rate within an hour and they even beat me credit union by 2%. I was in and out in about 4 hours with my new baby. Wow impressive dealership. Called about a BMW 540 I saw online, went in on a rainy day and expected to get wet looking at cars. But not here I arrived to a nice indoor showroom and met with *****. He showed me the car and took me out on a test drive and got me approved within 10 minutes at a lower rate than any other dealership. Sat with finance and was out in my new 540 within 2 hours start to finish. Excellent experience will refer my family!Review from Alexis C

Worst Dealership ever and not just saying this, Salesman ***** was so rude and never wanted to answer or return my calls. He told me for a 33k car thats had 50k miles with a 7% rate my note will be $850 and I was putting $7k down as well with a score thats average of 630. I always had to call back and get updates and he would blow in the phone like he didnt want to talk so rude and unprofessional. Finally found the same car and it was 35k with ****** miles was approved. They are very rude and the other salesman will lie for him like he is in a meeting. I suggest get better service elsewhere.Review from Chris W

Beware of these people. They never use full names as well as the names used are not real names. Salesman ***** is a scam artist. Had us ***** him funds to transport vehicle out of town then increased cost by more than double. When we decided to transport vehicle on our own kept our funds refusing to return it. Then have the audacity to dare me to *** company to get funds back because he know I reside out of town. Stay away!!!!!!!!Also beware of address. There is more than ******* ********** in the area. All part of the scam.
