I bought a 2020 ******** on August 13, 2023 and i paid 68k, i was issued a temporary plate for 30 days. that plate expired on September 13, and i have not received my license plate, i called the dealership multiple times and the sales rep assured me by September 16, i will receive the plate, today is October 10, i still have not received any plate, to make matter worse, i checked on ******** Secretary website under driver service, and find out no documents have been sent to get my car registered as promised to me upon purchasing the vehicle 2 months ago. This dealership is irresponsible, and unethical. I have an auto loan , I am paying every month for a car that i cant drive. at this point I am demanding a full refund.Business response

Our dealership is located in ** . Your vehicle was being registered in **. We have no control over out of state transaction processing times. When you purchase the vehicle you sign and are told on our store policy that we do not guarantee turnaround times on out of state license plates and it can take up to 90 days to be processed. Ever since covid the dmvs across the country are backed up. That being said your car was registered and plates issued two weeks ago which we called and informed you of. If you check ** secretary of states website you will see it is registered and you should have already received your plates and registration. As far as us issuing you a 30 day temp tag from *** that is done as a courtesy so you can drive the vehicle back to your home state while you wait for your hard plates. *** law is only one temp tag can be issued per transaction valid for 30 days. We are not allowed to issue any extensions past 30 days and will not risk our business license or anything and break the law to satisfy you. Once again your vehicle has been fully registered. Please close this complaint.

On June 27th I called Euro Motor Haus to ask about the cost of a used car. They quoted me a price and I came in to see the car. I decided that I wanted to purchase the car at the price provided ~35k (before tax). The salesman ********************* came back with a list of fees on a "dealers summary" (I've included in docs) the list included fees of ~$8k which ***** repeatedly told me (at least 8 times) that they were fees coming from ************ We go through the paperwork and he continues to tell me at each line review that it is fees from my lender. When signing the contract cancellation doc (also included in the attached) I read and said "wait does this mean I cant cancel this if these fees are incorrect" ***** responded - no you have 2 days. (I have a witness to all of these conversations). I called my lender the following morning June 28th and they inform me that they didn't include any additional fees and the dealership sent them a contract with only a lump sum included. I called the dealership and they said "you signed the contract and the bank has paid us" and refused to cancel the loan even though I had the bank send through a request. Additionally they did not provide me full copies of EVERYTHING that I signed. namely the FULL *** Used Car Contract Cancellation Option in what seems to be an effort to force me into being outside of the "two business day" cancellation period. They have stopped answer calls and have been unresponsive to the bank reaching out. I am not comfortable safely going back over there at this point and would like assistance.
