**************** at it's worse. The staff that handle medical supplies for incontinent customers have no respect for them. They are rude, nasty and I have never in my life encountered a company so disrespectful. Left messages for the manager who is aware of the mean staff they have and they condone it. I received a Cap machine from Landauer Medstar. It is a rental so I have a fee for 10 months. My difference card pays this fee. I submit the bill and they paid for my January bill very quickly. I keep getting a bill. I spoke to an agent and she asked me to mail her the proof of payment. I did that the same day. I did not get any response from her. I got another bill. This time I mailed them the proof of payment. The response was another bill but this time with a late fee ! Very bad customer service. I DO NOT recommend this company !Review from Walter K.

They billed the wrong insurance company in Sept 2022 and Oct 2022 since then I have called numerous times and they actually fixed the Oct 2022 charge and issued me a refund. My problem is they still owe me for the Sept 2022 charge and over 3 months later they say they are still submitting it. The last person I spoke to actually kept putting me on hold in the middle of me talking.Review from Eric K.

Ordered CPAP supplies. Paid over the phone with a credit card. Get a **** from them so i call customer service and they have no record of the CC payment even though i verified with the CC company TWICE that they WERE PAID. Called customer service and keep getting transferred from one department to another and eventually transferred back to the FIRST department. Keep telling them i even have documentation to send that they were paid but no one can tell me where to send it. No matter how much i call i just keep getting transferred around. Different prices are being charged for the same product. One family member is charged $22.61 for a humidifier tube while another family member is $8.79. Headgear is $36.34 for one family member while for another it is $14.13. This is criminal and fraudulent.Landauer Medstar Response

We received from Landauer Medstar some medical equipments in May 2021, and a year later all of a sudden we received a **** from them, the **** charged us for a same item/service repeatedly each month which we did not even purchase. Also we have ******** and ********, anything not covered by ******** should be covered by ********* we dont know there those charges come fromLandauer Medstar Response

This company has to be the absolute worse in all my years of dealing with this ompany, I have never ever been unhappy with them. I have a CPAP from them that has been recalled they did not inform me the patient which is fine but i have not used the machine in almost a year and they sent me a **** from January, which is 2 days ago. i called telling them about the machine with the **** and me being sick. The customer rep ******* help so iasked for a supervisor and got one with a nasty ignorant attitude. She had nerve to tell me i should have notified them of the recall which is obsurd because they have nothing in writing stating in the event of a recall and you don't own the machine yet notify them.Nor when my docs office contacted them for me to get another machine did they say anything. This supervisor was ignored anythimg i said refused to give me my money back. Now mind you i called yesterday and was told i would not be billed pending the manufacturers investigation due to having 2 recalled machines. The supervisor tells me the the payment put on hold is only good for the time i called which makes no sense. Why did i get a **** now if it was since January and why didn't anyone call from the company to inform of me anything months ago. She had nothing to say and tried to act as if it was my responsibility to find out if i had a **** or not pure nonsense. They purposely waited till i owned the machine to say **** and said in such a nasty attitude that the machine is mines and deal with ********. Honestly i wish they could just shut this company down, fire everyone to rehire competent people or make every employee go through sensitivity and inclusion seminars to learn how to speak to people. As a social worker they have no empathy or sympathy towards the patients. I know i wont be recommending this company and going forward i will tell all my doctors and friends find anyother company. Im tired of landauers ** I've kept quiet for many years I'm done keeping quiet.Customer Response

Our patient has a Trach. The Trach has an inner cannula that is compatable with the Trach. We started receiving a NEW Trach, since the last was no longer available. Problem is, they were still sending the inner cannula compatable with the previous Trach. I reached out to ******* in February to correct this issue. In March we received the correct Trach and inner cannulas (disposable) April we received the Trach and OLD CANNULAS AGAIN! I reached out to ******* on April 8..it is now the 15th and we still have yet to receive the one-time us disposable cannulas for a patient who is prone to pneumonia. ******* overnighted the cannulas.to an address we have not lived at for 2 years. I brought this to her attention. She assured me it was a glitch in their system and the template wasnt updated. She overnighted again; I log onto *** to find that it is out for delivery in ********! I again reached out to *******. She said she spoke with her manager and her manager and other execs familiar deeply applies and it wont happen again. Yesterday, I log onto *** to AGAIN *** THAT THEY ARE OUT FOR DELIVERY IN ******** I email *******, she doesnt call, she sends me a screen shot of the order. I then tell her if you log onto ***, you will see that it is in ***. . She doesnt email me back. She doesnt call. I log o to *** at 4:45pm to see where the package it to find out that the package was retracted by sender just after my email that morning. So from 9:43am when the package was retracted by sender until this morning (next day), no communication We are on Day 8 of using a disposable cannula. Still no cannulas in our possession. This is a health risk for the patient. These are not gauze pads or diapers we can go to the local pharmacy to get. ***!Landauer Medstar Response

Absolute worst company I have ever worked with. My son was on oxygen coming home from the hospital and it was impossible to get the supplies I needed after the initial setup. Incorrect supplies were sent multiple times, his pulse ox broke with no one available to fix it for days (needed to ensure his oxygen levels were ok), sat on hold for hours and passed to a million departments before reaching someone etc. I ended up purchasing supplies on my own dime since they could never help me. Now I am working to return his equipment and having trouble doing that as well. Stay far away from these people. I will be reporting to the better business bureau, these people are supposed to be supplying lifesaving equipment and are incompetent, they should be ashamed.Review from Lissa W
