      Hello,

      I am in the process of selling my vehicle that was purchased from the **** Amherst location in 2019.
      I was looking through paperwork and noticed a packet enclosed containing information in concern to Dent Coverage. I distinctly remember my salesman at the time insisted the warranty coverage was needed, however, I repeatedly declined.


      I reached out to **** ****** International Corporation and they confirmed that I have in fact been paying for the plan for the amount of $657.00 (not counting interest).
      I am appalled by this because I never agreed to the coverage, nor did I sign of on any document that was presented to me concerning additional coverage. May you please advise how this could had been swept under the rug by my salesman at the time, as well as the present GM?
      Also, should I proceed in filing a dispute with my Lien or WestHerr for a refund? I was charged this amount without my knowledge or consent.

      On 10/18/2022 I bought A car from *** for $20299.23 and also purchased two extended warranties. One was $1603 ( mech* plt * 150x* platinum**x plus vehicle service contract ) along with a second agreement for $3053 ( plus vehicle service contract MECH*PLT*150X*PLATINUM**X). I took My vehicle to *** on 7/20/2023 due to the transmission failing. I received A refurbished transmission and then the problem happened two more times. The mechanics looked at my paperwork and told me it would be covered under my warranties. This problem proceeded to happen 2 more times resulting in me contacting an attorney about the lemon law. *** is offering to buy back my car but claiming I do Not have ANY warranties that I DO have paperwork for. They claim I have 1 warranty for $2000 and that I canceled The two warranties I previously noted. This is untrue. *** has no paperwork that I canceled The warranties and neither do I because I have been under the impression I do have them considering It was confirmed in July by the mechanics fixing my car. They are offering to buy back my vehicle for a little over $19000 leaving me with $5000 to pay off when my warranties should cover 90% of that. I am hoping to receive the full $ 4656 that I am owed for my extended warranties to help pay off the $5000 I will owe to hopefully have the car paid off.

      Mr. ***** purchased a 2021 *** ***** on October 18, 2022.  The financing bank rejected the amount presented to finance because it exceeded the amount that they would approve. He came back in and signed new bank and service contracts, along with a recission agreement that voided out the original contracts.  Mr. ***** then signed a new contract that included service contract pricing with a lower amount to finance with the same term, which ultimately lowered the monthly payment.
