I order a fence from Fusion owner, John in March. I paid 10k to order fence and 3 gates (2 12-foot, one 5-ft), then another 7k when fence was installed in mid-May. I was told gates would be in in the next couple of weeks, but am still waiting on gates. Not only can I not access my garage by car, but can’t get landscaping equipment , play equipment into backyard. Even worse, the quality of aluminum fence is so poor that my 45 pound dog was able to push through and bend the slats, escaping my yard. John was well aware that dog safety was my priority when pitching the fence, but I did need a fence that was up to code for future pool. After complaining about quality of fence, he began referring to my fence as “ornamental” and says we discussed it was decorative. He has not been communicative, tells me he’s out of town when I contact him about gates. I am very dissatisfied with the product and service.
