Terrible place I worked there doin car detailing and the other location in ********* they scam the costumers the rebrand every two years to get away from lawsuits and costumers they also scanned me they owe me 7 k for the job I did and both locations they owe money to every employee and every contractor even the landscaping company.The owner is in ******* enjoying the money and he will be open soon with different name and different fake owner please ************** DMV get ride of them and take them out of the busses in any one need more info contact me at jlshinecardetailing g mail

I got my car in October and it needed bodywork done to it they were supposed to cover it by but they never touched it. It sat there for three weeks and I couldnt give the car back because the grace ****** ran out while it sat for three week. They were supposed to cover damages from the on the rocker panels but I might end up paying out of pocket. I end with a very bad deal and their no way to get in contact with them no one will answer when u call. You to go in person for anything to be done, and when you do go in person they are all just talking or watching a sports match like the World Cup. All employees of they arent on there phones, they are sizing up a single customer to to now or never deal. Their reputation is fraud and they are scammers and need to shut down.

07/30/2022, traded a car in and got a lemon. went back and they tried to get more money from me, they offered me another car, which now needs repairs and i was told i was going to pay one amount, now i find out the amount is tripled of the cost even with my trade in and none of my paperwork has been done according to bank and now my credit is being affected and now i owe 2 payments for the other car that is in the dealer's possession. so i traded one car to get another car and pay double of monthly note, plus repairs (cant drive it) and I owe the bank for both cars now. this place is a scam and they are not upfront about anything. and they also have a different managers because i was introduced to a male manager and when i called i was told a female was a manager. After i purchased my car i heard and have read so many horror stories about this place on here and other websites.. i should have done my research. they give you the run around or voicemail when you call. DONOT waste your time or your credit. I have zero paperwork for the other car, no REAL answers and more debt.

This dealership need to be shut down asap I bought a suv june of 2022 when I tell you the truck look like they dug it up out of the ground it was dirty no one cleaned it out or detailed it inside. I took it for a drive it sound like something inside of it was banging. I said well maybe it was sitting here awhile, I should've known then. Took the vehicle no more than the next day the hazard lights dont work the air conditioner dont work they said they would fix it they did. The next week the wheel locked on me and my check engine lights came on and the truck wouldn't stop I WAS ON THE **** HIGHWAY. Had to pay the tow company to take my truck to the mechanic again and the mechanic said that the engine was gone. I only had the **** truck for one month and 2 days the truck is now sitting in *** waiting to be fixed. I am waiting for the finance company to cancel my loan with these people and I dont want the truck. As usual their stalling. I advice anyone to dont buy anything from this dealership trust me when i say you will regreat it.

I have over a 750 credit score and went to nyc motorcars to purchase a vehicle. I already had the finance approval from mcu for $25,000. They told me i had to use their bank. The car was a little over $22,000 and i put down $3500 leaving roughly $19,500 for financing. I have a ridiculous monthly payment of $440 a month for a 2018 ******* tucson limited on a (if im not mistaken) a 80 month lease. The ad quoted 320 a month for 60 months based on my credit which in in the excellent status. Doing the math on that 440(460 with the warranty they sold me) the price of the car would be more than double the cost upon completion of the financing. I dont even drive it because i dont want it based on being scammed by these people. I would love to return it and diminish my business with these people. Also after that warranty that was pused on me and i was told the original warranty was only valid for the original owner i find out by ******* that yes i do still have a factory warranty that is still valid. I feel like theres eggs all over my face from dealing with this dealer

dealer about to take it for a test drive battery is dead the sales man had to charge which was the first RED FLAG despite that we loved the car so we got it that same day forget all about the dead battery, almost a week went by and the car broke down on me at 3:00-am ****** understatement took the car back they give us a new battery then the glass wasnt working had to take it back. Now we have no radio for the past week we called numerous times got the runaround so we took the car back to dealer, we had no appointment but we waited almost 6 hours to be told they dont know why the radio isnt working, we try taking it to other places but it was so expensive to the point we took it back to the dealer still getting run around no loaner cars the sales department forget it no one calls back, everyone just point fingers on everyone and they just a bunch of dishonest people. If i could return the car trust me I would!!!!!!HORRIBLE SERVICE

I bought a vehicle back in ****************************************** 4K. I took the vehicle to *** back in September 2021 for an axle issue which is clearly covered under my warranty. *** gets back to me after calling the ***** (the warranty company) and they said that my warranty is not active because the dealer has not sent the "paperwork". I have been calling, emailing and leaving messages on their website to see if they can resolve this issue but no one has gotten back to me. Once someone contacted me asking I wanted to buy a vehicle as if they completely disregarded my message. At this point I want my 4K back!, since for the last 3 years you guys have not made payment to ***** to activate my warranty. This is completely outrageous!!

Horrible business employees have no experience about cars or any knowledge of cars ! They had a suv listed for 20k with dings oil leaks and broken interior parts force my fiance to sign documents cancel our original insurance plan and add on a car we havent signed on paid for or agreed to anything on ! They also price gouging adding a all in one $2500 fee for repairs done to the car prior to you receiving it but when i went to check ABSOLUTELY NOT ONE PART THEY MENTIONED WAS CHANGED SINCE THEYve owned the vehicle ! Place is a scam selling lemon cars and the bald head boss is the main guy training them to say and do this he tried to sneak and tell his employee to say something to me while my back was turned and my wife caught him ! Never trust sneaky people and please make sure you get a copy of everything you sign who knows what theyre doing with your information

Got a car from them it smells like gas I went their to get it fixed took a hole month to get my car back and they did not fix the problem I payed for my car to get out now its back in the next day they will not help me get another car even tho Im still paying the car off they sold me a lemon and they had me their all day yesterday just to keep me thinking that they will help me out. Not only that they want me to put more money down after I struggling to get around as it is and almost $400 is coming out of my account and I dont even have the car
