On 11/30/2019 I had this coming come in and do a blow in insulation on my entire first floor and up stairs bathroom. They came said the did the work but ever since they did infwlt a constant draft and my house never keeps the heat. Ive had people come on the house they tell me there is no insulation in the walls. I called them and told them the issue and the lady advised me someone would get in contact with me. Then a gentleman called and said he will have someone else call me with a day when they will come back to do the work. Till this day, NOTHING!!!! Ive called them several times and they just never pick up my calls and Im supposed to be on a work guaranteed warranty with them. But I can not get assistance!!!! My lines are still freezing and I have to put my thermostat to 82 just to keep the house warm. Its ridiculous!!!!!!!!! They really are horrible!!!Business response

I believe our service **** has taken care of this previously but we are closed until after New Years for me to confirm with them. I will contact the customer for further information either way.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:Hello, no this issue was never rectified. I called several times and never got a response. The first initial time I received a response and was told someone would call me. Then the gentleman that called me told me he would call me with a date to take care of the issue and that was the last I heard and the house isnt insulated the way it was supposed to be. I just need this rectified or my money back so I can have my house insulated.

We hired JC ********* to install blown-in cellulose installation in our home. They were paid $4,000 and on 3/4/2022 showed up to perform the job. They made numerous holes in the outside of our home (as discussed by the sales person a month prior) so that they could blow in the insulation. The sales person told us that all holes made would be plugged once complete (which is the standard process for this type of work). However upon completion no holes were plugged and our siding was simply put back on the house, covering up the holes. I thought the job was complete but upon checking my video surveillance system I witnessed the holes being made, insulation being blown in and then the siding was put back on. No holes were plugged, which will now allow moisture, rodents, etc... into our home if not taken care of.I've attempted to reach out to the company for 4 days now. Every day I call I'm forced to leave a voicemail as nobody answers. I've also emailed every time I call as well and so far I've only received 1 email back on 3/8/2022 which stated "Underneath the siding, the holes are left open purposely to protect the home from any moisture or mold issues so we NEVER close those holes up. The material is a deterrent for pests so I don't anticipate you'll have any issues. In 40 years of business, it hasn't happened ever.". I've followed-up with a request to have the holes sealed but nobody has reached back out to me.Business response

We spoke to *****, owner of JC *************** (March 10, 2022). ***** stated she would send a crew out next Thursday (3/17/2022) to complete the service. As the BBB requests a response within 6 business days, we're responding now that this issue nos satisfied yet, as JC ********* will not be on site for another week. If/When JC ********* resolves the issue we will update our claim accordingly, however we are requesting this issue remain open until such time that JC ********* finishes the service. Simply scheduling service is not a resolution.
