I have spent 2 years trying to get ANC to replace 7 pieces of siding on my house that they drilled holes incorrectly when installing. the electric to my AC unit. I have called them 17 TIMES- yes 17 TIMES and have phone records and log information to proof it. They have had ever excuse under the sun, their company credit card was was no good ordering the siding, soffit was sent vs siding, Lloyd Jr is working on it, we will call you back tomorrow and weeks go by. It’s me who has to ALWAYS contact them. Guess it way past time to go to court.Review from Joanne R

I clearly told them what we need to be done on the phone, they told me on the phone that it's going to be about $129, then came out and charged double. Told me that what I told them needed to be done on the phone is not included in the price that was quoted, and told me that what they charged me is actually a discount. Mr ***…we are perplexed as you were quoted 129 after hours service call charge, to travel to your home after hours, diagnose the problem and quote you for the work, which they did. The people that answer the phones are incapable and against company policy of diagnosing any problems, that is why we charge a service call fee, no matter what the customer “thinks” is wrong. You refused to pay our tech, so I am unsure what you want from us. Please feel free to reach out to me directly. ANC
