If I could, I would give minus one million stars. They help scammers and fraudulent companies! Please stay away! What a shame! They do not even care about your needs. Two, almost three months of dispute and they still are not giving my money back! What an unprofessional bank! Shame, shame, shame!

Nobody should open acct here!! They have a mackenzie that works there that doesn't tell you and has no reason locks ur acct and then leaves for the weekend so nobody can help you until Monday!!! True Story she needs to be fired immediately RUN RUN RUN

I've been a customer with Visions Federal Credit Union for over 8 years and never experienced anything like this nightmare. Very Unprofessional, Rude Supervisor and staff. I've been a victim of fraud on my credit. I've called several times to Visions to rectify my situation and was giving the back a forth as to them telling me that it wasn't them that ran my credit report and put a mortgage loan inquiry on my credit report. Was told to file disputes with the credit bureaus. I've done so and got reports in the mail stating that the Inquiries were factual. I contacted Visions again as to me being terrified that my credit was being effected very negatively as far as my scores dropping and my credit card limits being tooken away from me from other creditors. I'm disabled currently at the moment so all I have is my credit. I've had several Supervisors look into the matter. All I got was yelling at me, talking over me, being very rude and not understanding the surverity of the issue. I'm still worried that someone might even have a mortgage in my name that I'm unaware of. Very scary feeling to know that the one company you've trusted over the years can do something like this to you. After calling in multiple more times ive finally got confirmation that someone from there company did infact run my credit for a mortgage loan. It didn't sit well with me to find this out and had another supervisor look into this matter for me further. The next following day i received a phone call and was talked over stating that it didn't hurt my credit and yelled over me telling me that she doesn't know what else she can do besides delete it from my report and that my credit was only effected by things that I've done. I've been loosing sleep, stress, and to the point we're I'm going to be taking my business elsewhere and Closing them out. If your looking for a great credit union don't go with Visions they have changed for the worst.

Our investigation showed the inquiry on your credit report, dated March 16, 2022, which was related to your claim to Visions that your Credit Card was not reporting to credit bureau agencies. The inquiry was inadvertently reported as Mortgage related and was removed as an inquiry on your credit report once the error was identified.
