      Bad, service team ignores you, very rude, wish i could find a Auto Team that cares for service as they care to sell the car!!! I LOVE THE SALES TEAM. Just make sure the car is GOOD! Cause once you need help from Service, it is bad. My car has been with them a month and they say i am sorry we have a better car we are working on. SERIOUSLY! i have a phone recording them saying that.

      The team was quick to get us in to look at vehicle and hit my credit report with no response afterward. We went in on a Thursday afternoon and sat for over an hour and a half. They went over payments with us and assured us we would be set up by Friday. Friday came and we were left waiting with no reply. Numerous attempts at trying to find out where we stood on it, still no reply come Saturday. 3 days and we still have no response. Completely rude and inconsiderate to leave someone waiting all weekend for a simple hey this is what’s going on. Not impressed with the service at all.

      I had the most frustrating. Trust killing experience with Ford. NEVER ORDER A VEHICLE FORM HERE. 0 stars if possible. I ordered a build and price vehicle in November of 2022. And was set to pick it up the day before yesterday. The payment was verified over text and phone no less than 5 times 509. With the verified interest rate I was told in writing would be kept. Same apr and payments were locked in. However after about a months I went to get my vehicle and was told the quote was not going to be honored. And the APR changed to 7.9 APR. this changed the payment options to 785 to 859 a month. Not 509. My APR was supposed to be locked in with the payments. But I was told that they were not going to honor it. As today's rates and payments are different.

      If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is more of a company wide **** problem. I purchased a **** ****** less than a year ago, second driver. Under warranty. My model vehicle was dumping coolant fluid into the engine, (a known issue for my vehicle) and broke down less than a year after purchasing. The engine kit to replace it is on a backorder from **** due to the high volume of vehicles with the same problem. I’m forced to now pay for a rental vehicle and my car note for my own vehicle as well. My car hasn’t moved from the same spot in the parking lot for over 2 months. I’ve dumped almost a GRAND into my rental vehicle while my own vehicle collects dust. At Christmas time. I’m now behind on my car note because I have to prioritize my rental to get to and from work. **** refuses to pay for any more of my rental and claims “it’s a courtesy” that they are paying for a portion of my rental, and I am left with the remainder. Which costs me hundreds of dollars a month. They continue to sell these vehicles knowing that they are faulty. They do not put out any sort of recall. And they cannot fix the cars that are broken down due to not being able to supply the parts. But I’m held responsible for this? I’ve contacted every single person in every department through **** and gotten no where. I’ve even filed a complaint with the BBB. Do NOT purchase a ****. Do NOT work with ****. You’ll be dumping money into a lost cause and no one cares to help. Horrible company. Horrible customer service. I’ll be selling my vehicle and never ever stepping foot near a **** ever again. I recommend you do the same. I’ve lost almost a thousand dollars in 2 months due to their money hungry company.

      My daughter lost her car keys, we called Ferrario and was told they could make her a new key for 200.00. We called other places and prices were around 250-280. So we of course used our *** and had her car taken too ferrario. Once her car was dropped off she was told they could only make two keys blah blah blah. $471 later. Way to scam a young female college student Ferrario.

      Hello ****. We have the notes from the original phone call. We offered one key fob for $187 plus tax which can be programmed yourself, but in that same call we explained your car cannot be programmed without a second key present. Your family said they would look for the other key before proceeding but were unable to find it. You paid us only $60 for the programming, with the remainder being the key fobs and tax. We understand these are expensive. The cost was approved before the work was done. Hope to see you again.
