This contractor was sent to me from ****'s, so I made the assumption the referral meant he was good. He came to replacing a toilet on the 1st floor of my house.. Mr. A***** told me I needed several new pipes in my basement the price would be $1,600 including toilet install.it leaked in the basement immediately. I had to call back 3 days in a row he sent people the first two days and they said things like "oh we forgot to use the tape. oh we didn't tighten the pipe enough. " When I called on the 4th day it was a Friday and he was very irritated and said they were busy and maybe he could send someone the following week so I asked him if that would be acceptable for his mother his wife Etc to pay $1,600 and have a toilet leaking in the basement for 4 days. he finally sent people that were plumbers and they said the people that did the install and the follow-up visits were not plumbers. they were able to resolve the situation but it was incredibly frustrating and on the final day he was rude on the phone even though it was his fault I was experiencing the leaks. I ended up having a reliable plumbing company come and they ripped out a bunch of it stating that things were at the wrong angles the wrong kind of connections were put in and I've had no problems since O********s fixed it.

I was referred to Arnold's Contracting by a large local chain (home) store. They noted that Arnold's is their go-to contractor for their installs and services and have heard nothing but good reviews afterward from their customers. I initially reached out for the install of some plumbing replacements. After meeting the crew (Doug and Dave are excellent), my husband and I decided to hire them for our bathroom remodel that we had been putting on the backburner. We are so pleased with the communication and understanding that made our vision an exact replicated reality. We confidently recommend Arnold's Contracting and will be a repeat customer in the Spring. We hired Arnold’s Contracting to replace an existing fence and to install vinyl laminate flooring in 3 rooms at a new property we had just purchased in May 2020 and he told us it would all be completed within one week and they would begin first thing June 1, 2020. They did not show on June 1st, I had to message Andy to find out what happened and he promised they would be there at 8am June 2nd. They were many other times they didn’t show or call to let me know they weren’t coming. They was a day were the workers showed up at around 11:30am ate lunch then left. My husband decided to do the vinyl laminate flooring himself since they were taking so long with the fence. I noticed they were putting the wrong type of fence up (stockade instead of privacy). We corrected it. They also closed off where 2 gates were supposed to go, 1 of them they were able to fix however the other one they were supposed to use the existing gate. They finished 1 week past the contract. Definitely would not recommend them to do anything not even a dog house.
