Hired this company to open our pool. We agreed upon a $250 open the pool fee and a $100 take the current cover off of our pool fee along with cleaning what is on top. They came to take the cover off and realized our filter was broken and told us to fill up the water and get the filter fixed quick and they would come back and do the $250 part of the job. Instead, they charged us $375 for taking the cover off and did not do anything at all to open our pool and claiming we now owe them an additional $350 so $825 total if we want them to actually come back and finish the job. Disgusting business practice by a terrible company. Will try to reverse the charges, after calling them and them offering no help and giving us an attitude about complaining about a job that was not complete.Business response

The consumer was provided with a service agreement that indicated all applicable fees. The pool cover had water and debris on top and removal of this is an additional fee of $95/hr (that service was clearly requested on the form they submittedas shown attached). I am unsure whom the homeowner is that submitted the complaint as the customer on file we have for this address and that contracted the opening was *************************. I have no customer in our system by the name ******
