I moved on July 15, 2021. I am missing some of my belongings, ie: boxes of my things that were in storage. I contacted ********************* at ********************. I have left several messages for her and I got no answer. I was first told I had to fill out a form to file missing merchandise, but NO ONE ever emailed me a form. I gave them my email address and NO ANSWER. No one ever contacted me again. As it were I was told $1500 for the full amount of what I owed them, and then they charged me additional money of more than $200.00 which my boyfriend paid. Now I don't hear from them at all regarding my missing boxes of merchandise. No one even mailed me a form for missing merchandise either. Please help me try to get them to look for the rest of my things as they ignored me.Business response

Itseems that some communications may have been lost in the shuffle, but we will beglad to adjust it and assist you properly.
Since2018 ******************************* has been the only point of contact in the account youare referring to.
Weat Liberty kept in contact again with **************** when he requested shipment tobe delivered out of storage with request to delivery out 7/15/21.
Coordinatorassigned to the move ******************************* has all the communications recordswith ****************.
The$1,500 ( $1453.00 to be exact) charge you are referring to - the transportationand services costs to move *********** goods out of Libertys storage facilityto his home in *********** **. Biding estimate accepted by ****************. Paid incash on delivery date. Thank you !
The$200 charge youre referring to is monthly storage fees left with unpaidbalances.

Whilein a phone call with ******************************* (the coordinator mentioned above), wherebalance was collected, **************** mentioned to be missing some items.
AshleyHernandez immediately asked **************** to please provide a list of the missingitems and email it to her so Liberty could initiate a tracing of the items beforehe started to file a claim.
Documentsat delivery shows signature that all items received.
Ashleyto this date has not received an itemized list of the alleged missing items.

Thispast Friday you left a message for ********************* at ext 270 ***** reports thatall conversations were with **************** and that was the first message she had receivedfrom you.
LauraSmith transferred call to our claims **** ******************* - has already left youa message this AM. **** has sent a claim form to email on file.
Rememberingthat **************** is the one that must file the formal claim for loss/damages **** is the one showing in the **** Of Lading.
Pleasereport itemized list of missing items so we can gladly expedite items tracing actionand move forward with the claims process.
