    I received the Enence Translator with the offline mode on 3/20/25. There was a problem with the offline mode immediately. I tried several times to get it to work with no success. On 3/24, I submitted a help desk ticket through the Enence website. I never received a response.
    Over the next 18 days, I submitted 2 additional help desk tickets, an email to the support desk asking when I could expect to hear back regarding this problem, and made 7 or more calls to the support desk number.
    I never received a response from any of the help desk tickets or the email. I have spoken with 4 or 5 different people at the support phone number. No one was able to resolve the problem. I wanted to return the device for a refund, but was told I couldn't because it had been opened, making it unreturnable. What?! How would I have known it wasn't functional if I had not opened it? Their website clearly says you can return for a refund within 30 days. I am still well within my 30 days.
    I have had this issue "escalated" up to a manager/supervisor level for resolution two or three times now. I've not heard for anyone, although twice I've been given specific time ranges when they would call. They never did. I'm back again on the "you'll hear from us within 24 to 48 hours". I seriously doubt I will.
    Enence does not stand behind their product. Enence has no interest in resolving issues with their product or with their customers. Enence does not follow through on its own stated protocols from their support staff.
    I do not recommend this product or this company in any way.

    Jeanna, this is the same thing that happened to me. I ordered I (one) and was sent 4. When I contacted them they told me the same exact thing. I sent three of the items back to them, and they now seem to be stuck in a location in Germany. They got me.

    The is a total scam company. You order one translator and they immediately charge you for 4 and make it impossible for you to return. I called to correct the order and the agent just kept trying to get me to take all four. I did not feel comfortable buying anything from them and had her cancel the whole order and send me confirmation of that. I then got a email from the shipping department saying that they had already processed it and could not cancel.
    They ship from Cheektowaga New York but they insist on all returns to be shipped out of the country costing over $300. It’s so sad that they are even able to get over on PayPal. The customer orders one item and is forced to pay to ship four items they did not order to a different country. They charged me $234.85 . I am a 65 yr old on social security and a tight budget. I was so proud that I saved so long to be able to buy a Christmas gift that was originally supposed to cost me $89 plus tax and shipping. Because of this company that stole S234.85 from me I was now embarrassed that I couldn’t buy any Christmas gifts at all. This company also goes by ******* translators. Please help to expose these thieves.

    Organization is a scam you engage to buy 1 product they change order to 4 products and offer free warranty to continue transaction. They do not answer phone calls or respond to emails.

    Bought 4 translators from Enence in 2022 for family members. Worked ok for the one trip. Not really a translator (misleading marketing). We bought new phones in 2024: three ******* and one *******. None of our 4 translators link to the new phones. Non-responsive technical support on-line and by phone after a week of emails phone calls and messages.

    I want a full refund! I ordered 4 Enence translators and the product has unintelligible translation. Defeats the purpose of having it. I even ordered separately 4 three year warranties that I cannot use? I contacted the. Company via EM because the number they listed, no one was answering. I was told Tim the EM to return the items to Lithuania. Post office said cheapest cost was $185 to return it with the 30 day period? Why does Enence website advertise they are based in California, item shipped from New York and items to be returned to Lithuania? This company is a scam. I wish to return the 4 translators in New York were package came from not to Lithuania! I want my full refund for the 4 translators for $234 and 4 warranties amounting to $16 each or 73 total. Lease help me get my full refund from this scammer company. I suspect their 5 star rating was fake too in their website. I am a victim of this scam Enence company. I would like a full refund which was charged to my credit card.

    I ordered 2 translators, one for me and the second for my son. I also purchased 2, three year warranties. When I went to check out, they kept prompting me to buy more. On the last prompt it offered a third translator for $30 so I clicked yes. Once I got to confirming my order, it showed that I bought 5! I then called their customer service and was told they couldn't change my order because it was already processed. And then asked if I would rather keep all 5 and they would send me a cookbook as a gesture?? Seriously??? They said to call them back when they were delivered and they would email me an RMA label but I would be responsible for the cost of the return to Lithuania! The translators came from New York but had to be returned to Lithuania?? I boxed up the extras in a 5x5x3 inch box and headed to UPS store only to find out that is was going to cost me $175 to ship them back!! This is a complete scam!!!

    I purchased an ENENCE Translator on 6/5/24. On the morning of 6/6/24 I tried to cancel the order but they processed it anyway. When I received the product on 6/10/24, I opened it to try it out. It made an EXTREMELY loud noise when I pressed the ‘Me’ button. Also the volume control did not work. Very cumbersome product to use. When I contacted them they told me they could not take it back if the package was opened. They don’t respond to the email they tell you use and the receptionist is worthless. I was on hold for 30 minutes waiting for a Supervisor. One never came to the phone. This company is a ripoff. I would recommend you STAY AWAY and do not purchase anything from them. They got me!
    I will try and dispute with my bank…

    Obviously a total scam and con ! Do not purchase this product you will only lose your money to these Chinese con slugs.
