      Pharmapacks sent me a product, a nail polish, that is very thick (I am familiar with how this nail polish should be).I requested a refund of $5.67 and offered to return the product. Actually, the manufacturer sells this for $11, so I suspect this might even be a counterfeit item that they sent me.The bigger issue is that they have been contacted several times and refuse to even answer.No communication and bad product - I give them an F.

      On August 6, 2022 I placed an order through Amazon, Order #******************* , for, "**** 128 Sterile Ophthalmic5 Percent Ointment,twin Pack - **** Oz Sku *******" for $36.10. I received the package from Pharmapacks on August 13, 2022 with a shipping label stating that it contained what I ordered. However, the actual contents of the order was **** 128 5 percent solution 15mL. The solution is a different consistency and does not work for me (and is also generally substantially cheaper). I contacted the seller on August 19, 2022 regarding the problem with the order and received no reply. I contacted Amazon on August 24, 2022 and they contacted the seller on my behalf, and I received no reply. Amazon sent another message today. I attempted to call the seller received a recording to contact them by email. I am sick of contacting them with no reply.

      I tried to order the item listed below for a fertility treatment I needed to take asap. Pharmapacks stated it would be delivered on Aug ******************************** Aug 22 that it would be delayed. I contacted their phone line and email, but did not get a response. I eventually got an email saying they would look into it, but they never did. This company is lying to consumers, taking their money, and not fufilling the orders. Each time I call it states that their operating hours are 8-8 M-F EST. I called at least 20 times over 3 days and the message said they were closed even though it is during operating hours. I contacted the company via ******** and instagram. I even contacted the ceo via instagram, but got no response. This company should not be able to sell health products and supplements that are needed for medical reasons, yet refuse to contact the buyer or fulfill the order.       I placed an online thru ******* for (Chap Stick 100 Percent Lip Butter, Green *** Mint Flavored, **** oz, 12 Pack) on 08/16/22 and received only 1 of the item on 08/22/22, rather than the 12 pack I ordered. I contacted ******* who I paid and placed the order with. They told me to call the 3rd party seller, PharmaPack LLC, and I told them I would not because this 3rd party seller won't answer their phone or return any messages left as I am aware from a past experience prior to this one I am currently having. I also provided my correct # to ******* when I placed this order and had ******* inform Pharmapack that they were using an very old phone # from the past so they could contact me at the correct phone # and ******* emailed them asking them to contact me due to the issue at hand. I am not hearing anything back from anyone! This is false advertising. Who in their right mind would pay $6.34 + tax for ONE CHAPSTICK. I expect to get what I paid for and not let them just rip me off.

      Aug 08, 2022 order# **************** from ******* website I emailed over a half dozen times asking questions about the product description and the picture used. I am allergic to the new formula soap, the picture used show clearly 8 bars of boxed lever ***** and is NOS.. I purchased this all for ***** and then emailed and asked questions.. after no reply and no shipping updates.. I contacted ******* 2 times and wasted my time because ******* tells me basically they are 3rd party business and not eligable for returns.. and they would not cancel my order.. even though it was not shipped or planned to be shipped.. ******* and this company collaborate and they allow the false marketing to continue with no corrections to the false ads and no refunds or cancelling of orders and no freaking return emails!! how disgustingly immoral!!! I will never do business with ******* or pharmapacks again.. and you know what? all it would have taken would have been a moral person to return my email saying sorry it is not what you are going to receive and we will cancel order.. it;s ***** buck folks not a million.. but they do this to thousands of people and ******* is in on it.. I want a refund and for them to remove the false marketing picture and description.. it's not legal or moral.

      I ordered 3 packages of gloves, size large, 6 gloves to a package from Pharmapacks. I received 1 package of large gloves and 2 packages of extra large. The large were on top of the extra large. By the time I got to the second package it was paste their 30 day return policy. We assumed that all the gloves were large since you have to open the package to see the size. We weren't looking to return them but we expected them to at least give us a discount on our next order since they made the mistake. We just wanted a fair settlement.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

       

       I did not expect to return the product but would have accepted a discount on my next order which I was about to make. They made the mistake. But after reading other complaints about this vendor I see that that others have the similar issues of not receiving the products they ordered. And, as I recall, I did not receive the order until 30 days after I ordered it. I also suspect that they only had I large package of gloves and substituted the extra large packages without contacting me first. When my neighbor went to order the same large gloves a day later, the item was out of stock. The bottom line is that they cheated me and others need to know about this, especially Amazon who they sell through.

      This horrible company committed fraud against me. I purchased items WITH TALC AND CONFIRMED WITH THEIR REPRESENTATIVE THAT IT CONTAINED TALC AND THEN THEY SENT ME ***** WITHOUT TALC. AFTER BEING IGNORED I WAS FINALLY SENT A LABEL TO RETURN THE ***** TO THIS EVIL COMPANY, ***** HAVE SINCE BEEN DELIVERED ON JANUARY 24TH AND AM NOW BEING IGNORED BY SELLER AS SHOWN ON ******. TRULY EVIL COMPANY CANNOT BELIEVE THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS. REFUND MY ORDER ******************* ON ****** NOW.

      I ordered Multi-Pack 9 Volt Batteries from Pharmapacks and received a single Battery. Not only did Pharmapacks defraud me through this online transaction, the single Battery I received was expired. Pharmapacks has not responded to either of the 2 messages I sent them and has not responded to the 2 messages sent to them by ****** on my behalf. Pharmapacks, LLC of ******** has track record of negative reviews across the web and based on my direct personal experience, all of these reviews are well deserved. Pharmapacks is one of the largest 3rd Party ****** sellers, therefore, they make millions of dollars for ****** annually. That being said, ****** seems to protect this seller, to the point that ****** deleted the honest negative review I attempted to leave for Pharmapacks directly on the ****** platform in an effort to warn other buyers who make the mistake of trusting them. I'm happy to return this battery and I want a refund.

I have tried numerous times to reach out and have waited the suggested 48 hours with no resolve or response.
